Abstract: PURPOSE: A bellows pipe structure is provided to increase durability by permitting the fluid filling the bellows pipe to absorb impacts applied from an external source. Abstract: PURPOSE: A filler tube assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent shake caused by vibration produced during combustion of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A filler tube assembly for a vehicle includes a guide guiding an oil lever gauge to an oil pan; an auxiliary tube(24) supporting a hose(22) of the guide from the outside; and a damper unit disposed between the auxiliary tube and the hose, to produce resistance to fluid(O) flowing according to a change of the sectional area between the hose and the auxiliary tube. In the guide, steel pipes divided around a bent-up portion of a transmission case are disposed, and the hose disposed between the steel pipes is bent correspondingly to the bent-up portion. The damper unit divides the space between the hose and an elastic tube in the circumferential direction, and the damper unit comprises a diaphragm(32) with an orifice hole(31) for flow of fluid. Fluid produces flow resistance while passing through the orifice hole and thus, the external vibration given to a filler tube is absorbed.

PCV 호스와 브리더 호스에 각각 솔레노이드밸브를 설치하고, 오일압 저하/떨림을 측정하는 오일압센서의 감지신호가 전달되는 전자제어유니트(ECU)를 통해 각 호스의 솔레노이드밸브를 작동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 있어서는 오일압 저하 및 떨림이 발생한 경우 오일압센서의 신호가 입력되는 전자제어유니트를 통해 PCV 호스와 브리더 호스에 설치된 솔레노이드밸브를 닫힘 작동시킴으로써 실린더블록 크랭크실과 실린더헤드 사이의 압력차를 해소하여 실린더헤드의 오일을 원활하게 드레인시킬 수 있게 되며, 그에 따라 실린더헤드측의 과도한 오일 고임을 방지할 수 있게 되어 오일압 떨림 및 저하로 유발되는 엔진 베어링계 및 무빙계 오류를 방지할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: An oil pressure switch structure is provided to prevent erroneous operation of an oil pressure switch caused due to the pressure of air, by removing air from the inside of a switch housing. An oil pressure switch structure includes switch housing(2) having a fixed contact(2b) and a movable contact(2c) which contacts or is spaced apart from the fixed contact by the support force of a spring and pressure of oil. The inside of the switch housing is vacuumed to prevent pressure of air from affecting on the movable contact. Abstract: A relief valve for an oil pump is provided to descend an opening/closing element for an oil inlet to drain oil when a plunger vibrates at resonance frequency due to oil pressure, thereby preventing burning of the plunger and a guide part caused by the resonance. A relief valve for an oil pump includes a plunger(10) for opening a relief hole by oil pressure to drain oil when the oil pressure increases over a predetermined value. A first spring(11) supports a lower part of the plunger. An oil inlet(13) is formed at an upper end of the plunger for draining the oil when the plunger applied with the oil pressure vibrating at resonance frequency.
