Abstract: 본 발명은 리어액슬 각도 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 리프스프링(4)의 상면에 장착되는 마운팅브라켓트(10)와; 상기 마운팅브라켓트(10)에 회동가능하게 장착되는 회동지지부재(20)와; 상기 회동지지부재(20)의 전/후 회동각을 조절하는 유압실린더(30)와; 상기 유압실린더(30)에 유압을 공급하여 그 실린더로드를 전/후진시키는 하이드로서플라이(40)와; 리어액슬(2)의 상하 이동량을 감지하는 서스펜션지오메트리측정센서(60)와; 상기 서스펜션지오메트리측정센서(60)로부터 측정값을 전달받아 상기 리어액슬(2)의 상하 이동량에 따라 상기 하이드로서플라이(40)의 작동을 제어하여 상기 유압실린더(30)로 공급되는 유압의 크기를 조절하는 컨트롤유니트(50);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
따라서, 주행 중 하중 변화에 따라 리어액슬이 상하로 거동하여도 항상 변속기 출력축과 리어액슬 입력축이 일직선상에 위치하여 진동과 소음 및 동력 손실을 최소화할 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: A hub for the clutch disk of vehicle is provided to prevent the clutch disk from bursting as only inner hub rotates. A hub for the clutch disk of vehicle comprises an inner hub(60) in which a spline shaft(65) is formed in inside and a first installation groove(61) is formed in the outer face with the constant interval, an outer hub(70) which is formed in the outer perimeter of the inner hub, and in which the installation groove(72) blooming with the second is formed in the inner side, a pin(75) installed at the space which the first installation groove and second installation groove make, a spring(77) which is prepared in the second pin installation groove, and which pressurizes the pin to the inner hub.
