Abstract: 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예는 간단한 구조로서 최근 신설된 북미의 누설 진단, 증발 가스 대기 방출 및 후방 충돌 시험에 관한 규정을 모두 만족할 수 있도록, ⅰ)연료를 저장하는 연료 탱크와, ⅱ)상기 연료 탱크의 내부로 연료를 주입하기 위해 상기 연료 탱크의 상부 일측에 연결되게 설치되는 필러 파이프와, ⅲ)상기 필러 파이프의 상기 연료 탱크 내부측 단부와 연결되는 파이프 형태의 밸브 몸체를 가지면서 상기 연료 탱크 내부에 주입된 상기 연료가 상기 필러 파이프로 역류되는 것을 저지하는 셧-오프 밸브와, ⅳ)상기 연료 탱크 내부의 증발 가스를 흡입하여 흡기 시스템으로 공급하기 위한 캐니스터와, ⅴ)상기 연료 탱크 내부의 압력을 감지하여 연료 공급 계통의 연료 누설을 진단하는 누설 진단유닛을 포함하며, 상기 셧-오프 밸브의 밸브 몸체 상부 측에는 상기 연료 탱크 내부의 상부측 공간과 상기 필러 파이프 내부의 상부측 공간을 상호 연통시키는 적어도 하나의 벤트홀이 형성되고, 상기 벤트홀을 선택적으로 개폐시키기 위한 원웨이 밸브가 설치되는 구성으로 이루어지는 차량용 연료 공급장치를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A safety valve for a fuel tank is provided to prevent the fuel tank from being deformed or broken by negative pressure provided from a suction system of an engine when an atmosphere-side passage of a canister is stopped up. CONSTITUTION: A safety valve for a fuel tank comprises a case(21) having an inner space and having a fuel tank-side pipe(17) and a canister-side pipe(19) each connected with the space; an atmosphere connection hole(23) bored in the case; a deformation plate(25) dividing the inner space of the case into a part to which the fuel tank-side pip and the canister-side pipe are connected and a part to which the atmosphere connection hole is connected; a hub(27) projected from the fuel tank-side pipe toward the deformation plate, to make the deformation plate isolate the fuel tank-side pipe and the inner space of the case via deformation; and a spring(29) installed between the hub and the deformation plate. The deformation plate is deformed in a direction where the divided volume of the inner space of the case is changed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A negative pressure regulating device in a fuel tank for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage from crack by restricting negative pressure of the fuel tank with shutting off an exhaust port through a conical safety valve in blocking the pipe of a canister. CONSTITUTION: An evaporation gas pipe is connected between a canister and a fuel tank, and a safety valve is installed in the evaporation gas pipe to restrict formation of negative pressure in the fuel tank in case of applying negative pressure over the reference value to the fuel tank. The safety valve is composed of a conical hollow valve housing forming an intake port in the fuel tank and an exhaust port in the canister, a rib(50) protruded in the inner periphery to form the communication passage, and a conical valve(54) elastically supported by an elastic member(52) in the valve housing to shut off the exhaust port against elastic force over the reference negative pressure.
