    Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for mounting a side glass of a vehicle is provided to prevent the side glass from drooping and to cut down cost and improve assembling efficiency by removing a damper. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a side glass(100) of a vehicle is composed of a side body, the side glass, a bracket(200), and a cap(300). The side body comprises side inner and outer panels combined to form a space part therein. The side glass is positioned at the side body and formed with a rectangular through-hole(110) at the side. The bracket of which an end is fixed to the side inner panel includes a rectangular supporting rod(210) protruded at other side and inserted into the through-hole of the side glass and a thread rod(220) protruded at the center of the supporting rod, and axially supports the side glass to tilt into and out of the vehicle. The cap arranged at the outside of the side glass facing the bracket includes a combining rod(310) protruded in the center and formed with a thread groove(311) to be thread-combined with the thread rod of the bracket and a flange(320) formed at the outer peripheral surface and closely contacted to the outside of the side glass.

The guide plate forms a guide groove(110) in the right and left directions. One end of the regulator arm is coupled on the regulator and the other end is installed at the guide groove of the guide plate, to be slid. Thus, additional rails are not required and therefore, the cost is reduced and the assembling performance is improved.
