    Abstract: A structure of a mounting fastener is provided to prevent the mounting fastener from being damaged by providing a uniform coupling force through the compression of a stopper groove and a spring. A mounting fastener includes a body(100), a hook member(200), a buffer spring(300), and a head part(400). The body(100) includes a guide groove(110) formed along an outer circumferential surface downward. The hook member(200) is provided at the upper end of the body(100) and a tip(210). The buffer spring(300) is provided at the lower portion of the body(100) to play the role of a buffer. The head part(400) is provided at the lower end of the body(100) and serves as an operation part to rotate the body(100). The body(100) includes a cylindrical shape.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure of a frame for a main trunk lid and a design method thereof are provided to improve the endurance of an inner panel and the rigidity against torsion load and bending load during traveling. CONSTITUTION: An outline of a trunk lid is designed(ST10), and the 80 mm offset curve is designed based on the outline of the trunk lid(ST20). A curved part including the curve frame is designed with the offset curve(ST30). The central point of the offset curve is moved into the rear part of an inner panel 60mm(ST40), and the 80 mm offset curve is designed(ST50). Two intersection points of both outlines are obtained, and a line passing two intersections is designed(ST60,ST70). A rectilinear part having a straight frame is designed(ST80), and the main trunk lid frame structure is finished(ST90). Endurance of the inner panel is improved against load during traveling.
