Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for operating a curtain for a rear window glass of a car is provided to simplify a structure, to reduce weight and a manufacturing cost by removing a link part, and to reduce vibration and noise by vertically rotating curtain bars using combination of bevel gears. CONSTITUTION: A device for operating a curtain for a rear window glass of a car includes a motor(10), a driving shaft(12), a driving bevel gear(30), and two slave bevel gears(32). The driving bevel gear is rotated in integration with the driving shaft of the motor. The two slave bevel gears are geared to the driving bevel gear. Rotating shafts(34) of the slave bevel gears rotate curtain bars(36), which are bended in right and left directions of the curtain.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A shock absorber for a vehicle by using a linear motor is provided to control optimal damping force and road clearance actively by the linear motor with calculating damping force according to traveling, and to assemble and manage parts conveniently by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber of a vehicle is composed of a linear motor(5) having a stator(5a) installed in a cylinder(1), and a mover(5b) installed in a piston(3); a bump/rebound detecting unit detecting up-and-down movement of the piston; a moving speed detecting unit detecting motion speed of the piston; and a controller(7) controlling the linear motor by receiving signals from the bump/rebound detecting unit and the moving speed detecting unit. The optimal damping force is output by the controller according to traveling the vehicle, and generated with the active control of the linear motor. Damping force and road clearance are controlled optimally according to traveling. Parts are assembled conveniently with simple structure.
