Abstract: 본 발명은 종래 고급형 차량에 채용된 2단 후드 힌지 대신에 1단 열림에 사용되던 가스리프터를 이용하여 후드를 2단으로 열리도록 구성함으로서 차량의 정비성 및 조립성이 향상되고 1축 힌지를 적용함으로서 중량 및 원가가 절감되는 가스리프터를 이용한 후드 2단 열림장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 가스리프터를 이용한 후드 2단 열림장치는, 차량 후드의 열림상태로 조정하기 위한 후드 열림장치에 있어서, 일단부에 표면에 대하여 수직방향으로 걸림턱(44)이 형성되고 타단부에 고정부(42)가 형성된 가스리프터(40); 상기 가스리프터(40)의 걸림턱(44)이 이동가능하게 삽설되는 것으로 "┏┓" 형태의 이동홈(52)이 표면에 형성되고 가스리프터(40)의 단부를 수납하며 외측단부에 고정부(53)가 형성된 가이드튜브(50); 상기 가이드튜브(50)의 내측단부에 삽설되어 상기 가스리프터(40)가 외방으로 향하도록 팽창력을 가하는 스프링(60)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 다른 특징에 의하면, 상기 스프링(60)의 개방된 단부에 인접하여 가이드튜브(50)의 표면에 삽입홈(72)이 형성되고 상기 삽입홈(72)에 스토퍼(70)를 삽입하여 고정시킨다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for preventing the bending of a windshield wiper hose is provided to smoothly circulate a wiper liquid and to improve the action of a wiper by preventing the bending of a windshield wiper hose. CONSTITUTION: A hose is fixed in between a hose fixing portion(25) of a cowl top outer panel(21) and a hose fixing portion(23) of a hood hinge unit(22). The hose is installed in the stretched state while a hood is opened. When the hood is closed, the hose is corrugated. Therefore, the hose is prevented from bending.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for opening a trunk of a vehicle is provided to easily open a trunk lid even when the trunk lid and a bumper are stuck together due to freezing and to prevent the malfunctioning of an anti-theft system. CONSTITUTION: An outside handle(30) is combined with an on/off switch prepared in the lower end portion of a molding part of a trunk lid(52). A body control electric module system(20) prepared in one side of a vehicle body controls the opening of the trunk lid by receiving a signal corresponding to the operation of the outside handle. A trunk lid latch actuator(40) directly releases a latch assembly of a locking device(57) and opens the trunk lid with response to the output of an operating signal applied from the body control electric module system.
