    Abstract: PURPOSE: A liquid-sealed active hydraulic engine mount is provided to actively damp engine vibration in various frequency bands by changing dynamic stiffness depending the opening and closing of an orifice passage. CONSTITUTION: A liquid-sealed active hydraulic engine mount comprises a main pipe(500), a damping chamber, an orifice block(600), and orifice passages(700). A main rubber(300) and a diaphragm(500) are coupled to the top and bottom of the main pipe, respectively. The damping chamber is filled with working fluid. The orifice block is installed inside the damping chamber and divides the damping chamber in to an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber. The orifice passages are formed inside the orifice block in order to communicate the upper liquid chamber with the lower liquid chamber.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic active engine mounting apparatus is provided to damp vibration of each different frequency range from an engine according to the presence of an opening and shutting of an orifice passage and a liquid flow hole. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic active engine mounting apparatus comprises a separation partition(50), a ductile membrane(60), and a pressure transmission unit(70) and a control unit(80). A damping chamber is divided into an upper chamber(U) and a lower chamber(L) by the separation partition. The ductile membrane mounted to the upper chamber varies its own volume depending on internal pressure variation. The pressure transmission unit transfers pressure inside the ductile membrane so that the ductile membrane can be deformed. The control unit controls the working of the pressure transmission unit according to the engine state. A main pipe(30) has an orifice passage(31) communicating the upper chamber and lower chamber. The orifice passage is opened and shut according to the deformation of the ductile membrane. The engine vibration of different frequency is attenuated according to the opening and shutting of the orifice passage.

    Abstract: A fluid encapsulated type engine mount is provided to reduce vibration and to reduce a manufacturing cost by vertically moving a rubber ball or closing a circulating hole with the rubber ball when high or low frequency vibration is transmitted. A fluid encapsulated type engine mount comprises a partition unit(100), and a damping unit(200). The partition unit is installed on a fluid chamber(10), and has a plurality of circulating holes(110). The circulating holes are vertically penetrated to the partition unit to flow fluid and separated each others. The damping unit is installed in the partition unit, and closes the circulating holes installed at a lower part of the partition unit when low frequency vibration is transmitted. The damping unit absorbs vibration by moving between circulating holes of the partition unit when high frequency vibration is transmitted. The damping unit has a guide seal(210), and a spherical rubber ball(220). The guide seals are facing each other in the circulating holes in the partition unit. The rubber ball is installed between the guide seals.
