Abstract: PURPOSE: A hood for a vehicle is provided to drop a hood air suction port by being separated from a cover operating lever released from an impact sensing lever. CONSTITUTION: A hood of a vehicle comprises a hood air suction port(30) protruded in the middle of a hood(20); a first hinge(34) fixing a rear portion of the hood suction port; an impact sensing lever fixed on the hood by a second hinge(44); a cover operating lever(50) arranged around a third hinge(54); an auxiliary bracket(32) installed on a front lower portion of the hood air suction port; a first expansion spring(60) installed on the cover operating lever; and a second expansion spring(70) fixed on the hood by being arranged on the auxiliary bracket. Thereby, the hood of the vehicle drops the hood air suction port by being separated from the cover operating lever.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A supporting device of an engine hood for a vehicle is provided to open a hood panel, simply and strongly support the hood panel, and safely maintain the open state of the hood panel. CONSTITUTION: A supporting device of an engine hood for a vehicle includes a hood hinge body(30) coupled to the lower part of the rear end of a hood panel(12), with an elongated hole(31) and a roller(32) performing hinge function and movement function; a guide hole(40) formed to a vehicle body(13) to move from the rear end of the hood panel to the front end; a spring(50) with one end connected with the roller and the other end fixed to the vehicle body; a support rod(60) with one end installed to rotatably the vehicle body and the other end installed to the elongated hole to be slid; a fitting ring(70) installed at the other end of the support rod and fitted to a fitting unit(33) formed to the hood hinge body when the hood panel is open; and a cable(80) with one end connected with the fitting ring and the other end extended toward the front end side of the hood panel. In the cable, a release lever(81) is fixed to the other end as one body. Accordingly, the open state of the hood panel is simply supported and safety is secured.
