Abstract: 본 발명은 압축 공기를 이용하여 클러치 페달의 조작력을 보조하는 클러치 부스터에 관한 것으로서, 특히 밸브 바디 내에 포핏 밸브의 밸브 가이드홀을 형성하고 압축 공기는 상기 포핏 밸브의 로드부를 통해 통과되도록 함으로써 포핏 밸브 개폐시 안정되게 직선 운동되어 포핏 밸브의 떨림 현상이 방지되고 클러치 작동의 안정성이 향상되도록 한 클러치 부스터의 포핏 밸브에 관한 것이다.
상기 본 발명은 공기 통로(G)가 형성되어 압축 공기가 통과되고 밸브 바디(52)와, 상기 밸브 바디(52)에 내재되어 릴레이 밸브피스톤(52)의 미는 힘에 의해 개방되는 나팔형의 헤드부(62) 및 로드부(64)로 구성되고, 특히, 상기 밸브 바디(52)는 공기 통로(G) 상에 상기 로드부(64)의 직선 이동을 안내토록 상기 로드부(64)의 외경보다 확장된 밸브 가이드홀(50a)이 형성되고, 상기 로드부(64)는 그 내부를 통해 압축 공기가 통과되도록 끝단에서 선단의 측면 방향으로 연통되는 에어 홀(64a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An air vent structure of a clutch booster for a vehicle is provided to promote safe driving of a driver by preventing compressed air from being rapidly exhausted in the air and by reducing the exhaust noise of the compressed air to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: In a clutch booster, compressed air in a control chamber is exhausted in the air through a through hole(18a) of a diaphragm step adapter(18), an air chamber(17), and a control valve hole(27) by operation of a clutch pedal. A control valve cover(30) equipped with plural air vents(30a) is separably installed at the inlet of the control valve hole, to prevent the compressed air exhausted through the control valve hole from being rapidly exhausted in the air. The control valve cover comprises pipe-shaped coupling pipe members(31), equipped with a threaded portion(31a) on the inner peripheral surface, and a pleated bag member(32) forming the air vents, with coupled at the front end of the coupling pipe member.
