CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning system includes a thermo-acoustic cooling unit forming a low temperature part and a high temperature part by conduction of heat to a sound source generated on a solid boundary surface arranged along vibration transmitting direction of gaseous medium of sound wave during generation of the sound wave; a low temperature circulating fluid line(60) and a high temperature circulating fluid line(70) installed so that circulating fluid flowing therein exchanges heat in the low temperature part and the high temperature part; and a cooling unit(80) and a heat radiating unit(90) installed on the low temperature circulating fluid line and the high temperature circulating fluid line, respectively, so that circulating fluid having exchanged heat in the thermo-acoustic cooling unit and air passing by exchange heat with each other.
