전체 조성물 중량 대비 폴리프로필렌 블록 공중합체 수지 25 내지 97 중량%, 열가소성 탄성체 고무 1 내지 40 중량%, 무기 충전재 1 내지 30 중량% 및 불소-아크릴 아미드계 공중합체 1 내지 5 중량% 를 포함함으로써 내스크래치성 및 저광택성이 우수하여 자동차 내외장재의 고급화를 가능하게 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyolefin resin composition comprising 25-97 wt% of a polypropylene block copolymer resin, 1-40 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer rubber, 1-30 wt% of an inorganic filler, and 1-5 wt% of a fluorinated acrylamide-based copolymer based on the total amount of the composition and having a good scratch resistance and low gloss, thereby contributing to the gentrified interior and exterior materials of an automobile, and to a method of preparing the same.

PURPOSE: A biodegradable polylactic acid resin composition is provided to have excellent crystallinity, heat resistance, and processability, and to reduce environmental contamination by being easily decomposed. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable polylactic acid resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of resin mixture and 1-10 parts by weight of mixture including talc and a nucleating agent. The resin mixture is formed of 10-60 weight% of polylactic acid with an average molecular weight of 160,00-350,000, and 40-90 weight% of mixture including an ABS resin and an SAN resin. The average molecular weight of the ABS resin is 70,000-120,000, and the average molecular weight of the SAN resin is 100,000-220,000. The polylactic acid is one or more selected from poly L-lactic acid, poly D-lactic acid, and poly L,D-lactic acid.

PURPOSE: An acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer/polylactic acid composite composition comprises a biodegradable resin, and comprises environment-friendly properties, having excellent tensile strength, tensile elasticity, flexural strength, flexural modulus, and impact strength, suitable to use for vehicle interiors, etc. CONSTITUTION: An acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer/polylactic acid composite composition comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of a mixture containing 50-70 weight% of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and 30-50 weight% of polylactic acid; 15-25 parts by weight of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer in which glycidyl methacrylate is grafted; and 0.3-1 parts by weight of 2-(2"-hydroxy-3",5"-di-t-butylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriazole. The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer comprises 10-30 weight% of acrylonitrile, 10-30 weight% of butadiene, and 40-70 weight% of styrene.

A compression molding apparatus is provided to prevent the improvement of workability and safety accident of operator by automatically extracting a molded product. A compression molding apparatus comprises a lower mold press(100) in which a lower die(110) including an open plate(113) opened and shut around a hinge on the other end of a space(110a) facing to a hand plate(111); an upper press(200) including an upper mold(210) pressurizing a resin material contained to the low die on its top; a rotating unit including a rotating plate(310) axis-coupled to one side of the lower mold press and a rotating gear(320) engaged with the axis and a converting member(330) converting rotation motion of a rotating gear into reciprocal motion; a pick-up bar pulling and pushing the hand plate by rotation of the rotating plate, with one end(331) combined with a rotating pin(410) in the edge of the rotational plate and the other end combined with the hand plate; and a rack(500) elevating the upper mold press by rotation of the rotating plate.

본 발명은 내스크래치성, 및 내오염성이 향상된 무도장 사출 성형품의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 크래쉬패드, 보다 상세하게 사출 금형 표면에 내오염성 및 광태 저감을 향상시킬 수 있는 미세 모공을 갖는 엠보를 형성하고, 얇고 균일한 탄소나노튜브가 포함된 코팅막을 형성한 후, 광택저감, 내스크래치성, 및 내오염성에 강건한 플라스틱 소재를 사출 성형함으로써 내스크래치성, 및 내오염성이 향상된 무도장 사출 성형품을 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 사출 성형품으로써 크래쉬 패드에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 무도장 고광택 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리카보네이트 수지에 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS), 메타아크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌과 같은 부타디엔계 충격 보강재와 아크릴계 충격 보강재를 혼합하고 자외선(UV) 흡수제를 첨가하여 충격강도, 내열성, 전기적 특성, 내후성 및 내광성이 우수한 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
