Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for a vent valve is provided to protect a rod and a valve gasket in breaking the middle portion of the lower body at a rear-end collision by reducing the total length, and to prevent outflow of fuel by operating the valve gasket and the rod normally in overturning the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(4) is formed in the lower part of a lower body(3) and a vent hole(5) flowing evaporation gas is formed in the upper part of the lower body. The lower body is combined with an upper body(2), and an outflow hole(2a) is formed in the upper body to supply evaporation gas to a canister. A streamlined ball seat(9) is recessed between the upper body and the lower body to place a steel ball(13), and a support bar(11) is protruded downward and combined with a support plate(12). A stopper(10) is protruded in the support bar and contacted to a valve gasket(16). A rod(15) is formed in the lower part of an inner body(8) to push the steel ball, and an operating part(14) is formed in the lower part of the rod. The valve gasket is contacted to the stopper to restrict flow of evaporation gas, and a spring(17) is formed between the lower part of the operating part and the support plate to push up the operating part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pressure controller structure for a vehicle is provided to stably maintain a fuel flow by installing a cylindrical pipe under a diaphragm such that the cylindrical pipe surrounds a peripheral area of a fuel outlet and forming a plurality of holes at a vertical section of the fuel outlet. CONSTITUTION: A pressure controller structure includes a diaphragm chamber(28) communicated with an intake manifold and a fuel chamber(20) having a fuel inlet(18) and a fuel outlet(22). A diaphragm(14), which is elastically supported by a spring(16), is disposed between the diaphragm chamber(28) and the fuel chamber(20). A cylindrical pipe is installed at the center of a lower surface of the diaphragm(14) in such a manner that the cylindrical pipe surrounds a vertical section of the fuel outlet(22). The cylindrical pipe moves up and down together with the diaphragm(14). A plurality of holes are formed on the vertical section of the fuel outlet(22).
