    Abstract: PURPOSE: A headrest for a vehicle seat is provided to be easily adjustable to every direction of forward, backward, up, and down by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: A headrest comprises a front cover(11), a rear cover(15), a middle cover(20), a rear plate(30), a lock pin(40), a lock pin case(41), a lock plate(50), a button(60), and a stay(80). The front cover is positioned to the front of a vehicle. The rear cover is positioned to the rear of the vehicle. The middle cover is positioned inside of internal space where the front cover is combined with the rear cover, extended to both sides of the internal space, and includes a hollow portion(21) in the center. The rear plate includes one side combined in the inner side of the rear cover, a central protrusion facing to the front cover and passing through the hollow potion of the middle cover. The lock pin passes through the hollow portion of the middle cover from top to bottom. The lock pin case is formed surrounding the perimeter of the hollow portion of the middle cover and has bifurcated ends with which the lock pin is combined. The lock plate is inserted into the lower part of the middle cover to be movable to right and left. The button is connected to one side end of the lock plate for controlling the movement of the lock plate. The stay is formed extended to pass through the both ends of the middle cover, and combined in a vehicle seat.

CONSTITUTION: A lumber support actuator of a seat for a car comprises a shaft lever(100), a clutch wedge(200), a retainer(300), a clutch drum(400) and a brake assembly. The shaft lever is formed into one body by being unified in the outer circumference of a shaft rotated according to an operation in a peripheral direction. The clutch wedge is inserted in the shaft and is settled in one side of a flange part. The retainer is inserted in order to be contacted with the outer circumference of the clutch wedge and revolves according to the rotation of the clutch wedge. The clutch drum comprises a brake movable unit which projects with regular interval in the outer circumference to the columnar direction. The brake assembly has a pulley wedge, a brake wedge and a brake.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Installation structure of a rear seat cushion for a vehicle is provided to mount the rear seat cushion conveniently by fixing a vacuum sucker on a floor panel with forming vacuum in a vacuum pipe in pulling a knob of a vacuum piston. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pipe(12) is installed in a rear seat cushion(10), and ends of the vacuum pipes are exposed and communicated with each other. A vacuum piston(16) is installed in the end of the vacuum pipe, and a vacuum sucker(14) is attached to the other end of the vacuum pipe. Vacuum is formed in the vacuum pipe by operating the vacuum piston in contacting the vacuum sucker to a floor panel. The rear seat cushion is installed by mounting the vacuum sucker to the floor panel. The vacuum sucker is exposed in the lower part and the rear part of the rear seat cushion, and the vacuum piston is exposed in the front of the rear seat cushion.
