PURPOSE: A bio-degradable acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition is provided to maintain flexibility, chemical resistance and heat resistance of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and to improve mechanical properties of interior materials of vehicles, especially, impact strength. CONSTITUTION: A bio-degradable acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition comprises: a polymer mixed resin consisting of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition resin and single or two kinds of bio-degradable copolymer resins selected from polylactic acid and polyhydroxy butyrate; and poIycaprolactone. The polymer mixed resin includes 50~90 weight% of the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and 10~50 weight% of a biodegradable polymer resin.

PURPOSE: A refrigerant injection unit for a refrigerant treatment facility is provided to increase the evaporating speed of refrigerant gas and accurately measure the amount of refrigerant by employing a pressure-reducing unit. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant injection unit for a refrigerant treatment facility comprises a refrigerant container(100), a pressure-reducing unit(110), a flow meter, an oil filter(130), a mist filter(131), a drain box(120), and a sampling port(123). The pressure-reducing unit is connected to the refrigerant container and evaporates refrigerant to activate the evaporation of refrigerant. The flow meter measures the flow rate of the refrigerant depressurized by the pressure-reducing unit. The oil filter and the mist filter eliminate the oil and mist contained in the refrigerant depressurized by the pressure-reducing unit. The drain box stores the oil and the mist filtered through the oil filter and the mist filter. The sampling port is formed in order to analyze the purity of the refrigerant.

Provided is a resin composition using a waste nylon resin, which has excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength, realizes excellent molded articles, and is useful for the production of an end tank of a car radiator. The resin composition using a waste nylon resin comprises: 50-80 wt% of crushed waste nylon; 10-30 wt% of a nylon resin; 4-20 wt% of glass fiber; 5-20 wt% of inorganic fillers; and 1-5 wt% of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a dispersant, an anti-oxidant, a flame retardant, a heat stabilizer and a ceramic UV stabilizer. The nylon resin is at least one resin selected from nylon 6, nylon 66 and other modified polyamide resins.

PURPOSE: A recycling method and apparatus comprising a coating-removing method and apparatus of a waste bumper cover are provided, which save a coating-removing solution substantially and shorten the removing efficiency and time. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus of a waste bumper cover for car includes a medium or high speed grinder to grind the waste bumper cover to a size of 5 to 10 centimeters; a body of revolution(20) with a rotary wing(10) rotating in the opposite direction therein to release a coating film of the grinded material using the friction force through a rotation; a vessel(30) to flow the grinded material and the coating material in a flow rate using the density difference; a methylene chloride storage tank(40), a methylene chloride fraction/recovery tank(50) for supplying and cycling a mixture solution of water/methylene chloride into the vessel(30), and each pipe(60); and a means for washing, drying and extruding the coating-released ground material to produce the recycling materials.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for modifying the surface of a waste rubber, especially EPDM(ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer) by using microwaves, which improves properties and a size-stability, therefore the waste rubber can be reused as a rubber part of a car. CONSTITUTION: The method for modifying the surface of the waste EPDM contains the steps of: injecting the waste EPDM into a reactor and irradiating the microwaves to modify the surface by producing radicals, wherein the microwaves have a frequency of 2.6GHz and a power of 100-200W; and mixing a pure EPDM mixture and 10% of the waste EPDM.

PURPOSE: A breaking apparatus for separating used rubber products into iron cores and used rubber parts is provided to reuse the rubber material into new products and/or as fillers and to solve a problem caused by burning up and/or reclamation of the used rubber parts. CONSTITUTION: The breaking apparatus comprises a main body(10), a compression plate(20) moving up/downward at upper portion of the body(10), a rotational plate(40) at bottom portion of the compressing plate(20), a first and a second patterned plates mounted on opposite sides of the plates(20) and the rotational plate(40), respectively, and to form each breaking sides, a hydraulic driving source(30) to move the compression plate upward/downward, and a rotational device(50) to rotate the plate(40) at desired speed. The breaking apparatus is operated by descending the compression plate(20) to be compressed and, simultaneously, rotating the rotational plate(40) to break used rubber products introduced between the breaking sides of the patterned plates.

본 발명은 폐기 소각 또는 매립되고 있는 폐고무를 발포제 및 흡차음성 물질과 혼합하고 발포 성형하여 흡차음재를 제조함으로써 고무의 리싸이클링성을 개선하고 고무 폐기물을 줄이며 또한 환경오염을 방지할 수 있는 흡차음재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폐고무를 이용한 흡차음재의 제조방법은 수거된 폐고무를 분쇄기를 사용하여 분쇄하는 단계, 발포제 및 흡차음성을 부여하는 물질을 포함하는 첨가제를 첨가하는 단계, 상기 폐고무 분말과 첨가제를 혼련기에서 혼련하는 단계 및 혼련된 상기 혼합물을 금형에 넣어 발포 성형하는 단계로 구성된다.

본 고안은 자동차 트렁크리드의 힌지구조에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 자동차의 보디(2)에 장착되는 다수의 홈(11)을 가진 힌지부(10)에 원형단(21)과 원형단(21)에 인접하여 연장하는 다수의 돌기(22)를 가진 톱니부(23)를 구비한 아암(20)을 설치하여, 아암(20)을 수동의 슬라이드식 혹은 횡으로 이동하는 바아(30)를 설치하는 자동슬라이드식으로 구성하여 수동으로 이동시키거나 혹은 바아(30)을 작동시켜 힌지부(10)와 아암(20)을 고정하기 위한 트렁크리드의 힌지구조를 제공한다. 이에 따라, 짐을 많이 실어 트렁크리드를 록킹할 수 없을 때에도, 트렁크리드가 상하로 흔들리지 않게 되며, 짐이 탈락될 우려도 없게 된다.

본 발명은 자동차용 범퍼의 재생방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 자동차 외장부품으로 사용하고 있는 도장불량품 또는 폐범퍼에 도장된 도료를 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(이하, NMP라 한다)처리와 물리적 교반, 열을 이용하여 효과적으로 제거함으로써, 재생된 열가소성 수지의 물성을 신 수지와 동등 수준으로 올려 재활용할 수 있도록 개선한 자동차용 범퍼의 재생방법에 관한 것이다.
