Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicular air guide device is provided to prevent an engine from being overheated due to the temperature rise of an engine room by opening and closing an air guide through a variable member which varies the shape according to a heat load. CONSTITUTION: A vehicular air guide device(1) comprises a variable member(10) and an opening and closing unit(20). The variable member is released or contracted according to the temperature of a heat exchanger(9) and is separately mounted in both sides of the upper and lower parts of the heat exchanger through a mounting bracket(7). The opening and closing unit is separately mounted on the variable member, rotates along with the release and contraction of the variable member, and controls an external air flow rate into the heat exchanger.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An air flap device for a vehicle is provided to prevent an engine from overheating due to the increasing temperature in an engine room because an air flap is opened and closed by an elastic material. CONSTITUTION: An air flap device for a vehicle(1) comprises an elastic member(10) and an opening and closing unit(100). The elastic member is connected to a resistor(20) arranged in a cooling fan of the vehicle. The elastic member is made of a shape-memory alloy which can change depending on the temperature. The opening and closing unit is installed in between a front grill and a radiator, and rotates depending on the contraction and relaxation of the elastic member. Abstract: PURPOSE: A check valve for an automotive air conditioner is provided to easily increase loads when the check valve is blocked and to prevent the noise of an elastic member due to a pressure difference applied to a valve hole. CONSTITUTION: A check valve(10) for an automotive air conditioner comprises a housing(30), a valve body(40), and an elastic member(50). The housing is installed inside the suction port of the air conditioner compressor through a flange(20). The valve body forms at least one valve hole(60) on the outer circumference surface. The valve body is slidably installed inside the housing and selectively opens and closes the valve hole. The elastic member is installed between the housing and the valve body and exhibits the elasticity through the valve body. The valve body opens the valve hole in the closing operation of the valve. Abstract: PURPOSE: Supporting structure of installation for a radiator is provided to use a radiator regardless of kind of a vehicle, and to cut down expenses by adjusting a separable connection supporting member with inserting a rubber insulator to a lower bracket. CONSTITUTION: A radiator installation system is composed of a radiator(1) having upper and lower tanks and a core; a rubber insulator(10) inserted to a lower bracket(7); a fitting groove(4) formed in the lower part of the lower tank; a fixing protrusion(6) inserted to the fitting groove to fix the lower tank; and a separable connection supporting member(5) having a supporting shaft inserted to the rubber insulator. Load is transmitted to the lower bracket of the radiator in vibrating the vehicle, and vibration and noise are reduced with the rubber insulator and an auxiliary rubber buffering member. The radiator is separated from the separable connection supporting member, and installed in the vehicle with modifying the separable connection supporting member according to the kind of the vehicle. The radiator is supported with inserting the rubber insulator to the lower bracket. Expenses are reduced with using the radiator in common by adjusting the separable connection supporting member.
