    Abstract: PURPOSE: A water pump with a bearing is provided to enhance assembling performance and firmness between a bearing and a driving shaft since a semi-arc shape of two bearings are mounted on the driving shaft and a groove is formed on the driving shaft. CONSTITUTION: A water pump with a bearing comprises a driving shaft(200), a first bearing, a second bearing and a housing. The first bearing has a semi-arc shape and is mounted on one side of the outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft. The second bearing is mounted on the other side of the outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft. The second bearing has a semi-arc shape and is fastened to the first bearing. The housing supports the first and second bearings rotatably. A groove is formed along the perimeter of the outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft. The inner circumferential surfaces of the first and second bearings make tight contact with the outer circumferential surface of the groove. The outer circumferential surfaces of the first and second bearings are protruded fro the outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft.

The permanent magnets are respectively mounted on the grooves of the core. The cover is mounted on the ends of the core and the permanent magnet. The cover fixes the core to the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION: A thermostat includes a valve body (125), a main spring (145), and a drive unit.     Abstract: An engine system equipped with a thermostat according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a thermostat casing of which one end is connected to a first flow passage, the other end to a second flow passage, and a third and a fourth flow passages are connected between both ends, a valve guide that a main valve which opens/closes the first flow passage is formed at one end, a closing valve which opens/closes the second flow passage is formed at the other end, and a by-pass valve which is formed at a distance from the closing valve, an elastic member which elastically supports the valve guide so that the main valve closes the first flow passage and the closing valve closes the second flow passage, an operating unit which make the valve guide move so that the main valve opens the first flow passage and the closing valve opens the second flow passage, and a control unit which controls temperature and flow of cooling water by way of controlling the operating unit. The cooling water may be warmed up more rapidly by blocking the second flow passage connected to the engine while the first flow passage connected to a radiator is blocked, and by making cooling water circulate the engine, a heater, and a thermostat. As a result, fuel consumption is reduced and quality of the exhaust gas is improved.
