Abstract:
본 발명은 하이브리드 전기차의 내부 프레임 구조에 관한 것으로서, 차량 내부의 서브 프레임 및 배터리 모듈을 차량에 결합시키는 배터리 프레임을 연결하도록 형성하여, 차량 충돌시 차체 변형을 최소화하여 안정성을 극대화하는 프레임 구조에 관한 것이다. 보다 더 구체적으로 본 발명은, 충방전이 가능한 다수의 전지들을 포함하여 형성되는 배터리 모듈을 차량의 소정부위에 결합 및 장착하기 위한 배터리 프레임; 및 차체의 하부로 결합되며, 상기 배터리 모듈과 연결되어 구동되는 모터를 지지하는 서브 프레임;을 포함하되, 상기 배터리 프레임과 상기 서브프레임은 상호 연결되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기차의 서브 프레임 마운팅 구조를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A reinforcing apparatus for a vehicle seat mounting part of an electric vehicle is provided to improve the durability of a vehicle seat mounting portion. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing apparatus(100) for a vehicle seat mounting part of an electric vehicle comprises a reinforcement member(10). The reinforcement member is installed between a floor panel(11) and a battery case(13). The reinforcement member transfers the weight of a vehicle to a battery case direction. The reinforcement member comprises a first fixing part(12), a supporting part(14), and a second fixing unit(16). The battery case is coupled with the first fixing part.

A control algorithm and a method for preventing collision among diagnosis terminals during vehicle diagnosis are provided to prevent cost increase and realize a vehicle diagnosis service function efficiently by detecting connection with an external diagnosis device with software. A diagnosis daemon(111) performs a vehicle diagnosis service by reading and writing data to a vehicle information terminal through a communication line driver. A read thread(114) detects connection with an external diagnosis device by reading the data through the communication line driver. A request thread(118) sets a diagnosis request message of an upper application program according to a communication line frame and requests a diagnosis to an ECU(Engine Control Unit) through the communication line driver. The read thread detects that the external diagnosis device is connected when the read data is a response data frame.

Abstract:
A method for controlling the connection between a telematics terminal and an information center is provided to enable the transmission and reception of data to be executed between a telematics terminal and an information center and to enable the telematics terminal to execute a control command as the information center sends the control command in order to make the telematics terminal compulsorily access the information center. An information center selects either the modem or wireless LAN of a telematics terminal in order to make a stable connection. In the case of selecting the modem, the information center transmits a control command to the telematics terminal through an SMS message. The information center is connected with the telematics terminal through the modem according to the control command contained in the SMS message, and data are transmitted through the connected modem. Afterwards, if data transmission is completed, the information center transmits a termination command through the modem. The telematics terminal, receiving the end command, releases the connection with the information center.

본 발명은 차량용 단말기의 전원관리 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량용 단말기에서 신호처리를 위해 마이컴부와 단말기의 오토피씨(AUTOPC)부로 구분하여 ACC ON/OFF 전압신호의 변화를 마이컴에서 측정후 그 신호를 오토피씨에 전송하여 단말기가 실행중이던 응용프로그램을 종료하고 필요한 데이터를 저장 후 대기상태모드로 진입하거나 재부팅을 결정하도록 함으로써 차량용 단말기의 전력소모를 줄일 수 있는 차량용 단말기의 전원관리 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: An air-inflow prevention device for a swing-in door of a super-low floor bus is provided to improve durability and sealability by inflating a variable unit of air-inflow prevention rubber with the air and accordingly cutting completely a gap formed at the lower end of the door. CONSTITUTION: In a bus comprising an inclined floor, a swing-in door hinge-combined at the lateral side of the bus to open and close with pneumatic pressure, and an air-inflow prevention brush, an air-inflow prevention device for the swing-in door is composed of an air-inflow prevention rubber(10) having a variable unit disposed in the lower end of two swing-in doors that are connected by a hinge, and expanded or shrunken due to pneumatic pressure and a support rubber unit surface-contacted to the floor; an air tank and a compressor(20) embedded in the side of the bus; a connection pipe(30) for linking the air tank with the variable unit of the air-inflow prevention rubber; and a solenoid valve(40) for controlling the air in the connection pipe. When a door switch(50) that is combined organically to open and close the swing-in doors is turned on, a control unit(60) discharges the air of the air-inflow prevention rubber through an exhaust pipe(31) by opening a discharge port disposed at the solenoid valve, reduces the volume, and opens the swing-in door. When the door switch is turned off, the control unit closes the swing-in door and fills and expands the volume of the variable unit with the air by opening the solenoid valve.
