Abstract: A device for preventing oil mixing for the diesel vehicles is provided to prevent the oil mixing by opening a fuel hole when only a diesel supply nozzle is inserted. A device for preventing oil mixing for the diesel vehicles comprises a fuel injection pipe(10) in which the fuel inlet(11) is formed in one side and the protrusion(12) is formed on the interial surface center part; a fuel hole(21) closed by protrusion as to the circumferential wall, is formed with the cylindrical shape in which one side is opened so that the fuel be injected; a guide pipe(20) which mobiles, is inserted inside the fuel injection pipe to the longitudinal direction; and an elastic member(30) adding the elastic force to the guide pipe through the opposite direction of the fuel supply direction.
