CONSTITUTION: A suspension with a semi trailing arm for a vehicle comprises a sub-frame(2), a semi trailing arm(16) and a toe variable shift(40). The sub-frame is supported in the lower part of a car body. A wheel carrier(24) is installed in the semi trailing arm. The semi trailing arm is connected to both rear ends of the sub-frame through each mounting bush(18,20). The toe variable shift is formed between the mounting bracket and car body. The mounting bracket is behind the center of the sub-frame. The toe variable shift variable-controls the toe of the wheel by varying the connection part of an end of a bracket and the car body according to a control signal of a controller.
