Abstract: PURPOSE: A charging device for a vehicle is provided to detect heat radiation by loosening a B-element fixing member of an AC(alternating current) generator and prevent the AC generator from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: An AC generator is composed of an L-terminal, a regulator(F), a rotor(10), a stator(20), a diode(30), a B-terminal, a capacitor(C1), and a temperature display sensor(40). The L-terminal is contacted with a battery. The regulator(F) controls an electric current and is connected with the L-terminal. The rotor(10) is magnetized by electricity from the regulator(F). The stator(20) generates three-phase AC by the magnetized rotor(10) at a rotation. The diode(30) outputs direct current by rectifying the generated AC from the stator(20). The B-terminal supplies the battery with the generated direct current from the diode(3) through the wire. The capacitor(C1) is connected with the B-terminal at one side and grounded at the other side. The temperature display sensor(40) between the B-terminal and the regulator(F) indicates to the regulator(F) if the temperature of the generator is over the reference value.
