Abstract: PURPOSE: A trailing arm of a vehicle and a manufacturing method are provided to simplify the manufacturing process by performing press process and forging process according to parts and by assembling with welding, and to prevent deformation with optimal design. CONSTITUTION: A trailing arm(10) of a vehicle is composed of a body, and a forging arm(20) welded into the end of the body and combined with suspension arms(31,32). A bush(12) is formed in the end of the body, and suspension arms are composed of upper and lower arms. The body is formed through press process, and the forging arm is formed through forging process. The forging arm is welded into the end of the body. Press process or forging process is performed according to function or structure of parts, and parts are assembled with welding. Manufacturing process is simplified, and productivity is increased.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A jack handle for decreasing controlling force is provided to conveniently install by folding a handle bar, and to easily lift a jack with a small controlling force by actuating the jack in spreading at 90 degrees. CONSTITUTION: To lift a jack caused by replacement of a tire. A handle bar(20) is extended at 90 degrees corresponding to a guide bar(10). A connect ring unit(11) of the guide bar is combined to an actuation unit of the jack. Then, a user holds the guide bar and the handle bar to rotates the guide bar toward a length direction. Therein, the rotation radius of the handle bar is longer than an extended length to reduce the actuating force of the jack. The handle bar is received by folding toward the length direction of the guide bar to conveniently install the handle bar in a small space.
