Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch driving device is provided that it switches into the operating displacement pressurizing the release bearing. Abstract: PURPOSE: A rapid starting brake system of an automatic transmission vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to prevent the occurrence of the rapid starting of a vehicle by controlling a frictional element and to improve the reliability of a vehicle by braking a vehicle before the operation of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A TCU(Transmission Control Unit) decides the rapid starting state by using the signals of respective sensors. If a vehicle is in the ignition on state, the position of a shift lever is decided(ST1,ST2). If the shift lever is not in the P(Parking) or N(Neutral) range, the throttle opening degree is detected(ST3). If the throttle opening degree is lower than a reference degree, the speed of the vehicle is detected(ST4). With the vehicle speed lower than a reference value, the acceleration of the vehicle is detected(T6). If the acceleration is over a reference value, a frictional element for locking a planetary gear of an automatic transmission is controlled.
