CONSTITUTION: A turbo charger comprises a turbine unit connected to an exhaust manifold; a compressor unit connected to an intake manifold; and a shaft(30) for connecting the turbine wheel rotating in the turbine unit and the compressor wheel rotating in the compressor unit. The shaft includes a power switching unit(40) for switching rotation of the compressor wheel, and the power switching unit is controlled by a controller(41) in accordance with the vehicle speed and load state.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil separator of blow-by gas for a vehicle is provided to circulate blow-by gas actively by automatically separating oil from a filter in sticking impurities and oil to the filter, and to cut down replacement expenses by extending the replacement cycle. CONSTITUTION: An oil separator for blow-by gas of a vehicle is composed of a housing(110) having an inlet(111), an outlet(112) and a drain passage(113); a filter fixing body(120) installed in the lower part of the housing with rotating; a filter(121) installed in the filter fixing body; a motor(130) rotating the filter fixing body; a pressure regulating chamber(140) rising in increasing pressure of gas in the housing; a diaphragm(142) opening in lifting the pressure regulating chamber; a switch(150) turned on with lifting the pressure regulating chamber; and a relay(170) supplying current from a battery(160) to the motor in turning on the switch. Blow-by gas is circulated actively with automatically separating oil from the filter in sticking the large amount of oil to the filter.
