Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnesium alloy plating method and a pretreatment method for the same are provided to improve plating adhesion by implementing pretreatment for forming a substitution copper film on the surface of a magnesium alloy. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium alloy plating method comprises the steps of implementing pretreatment on a magnesium alloy surface to form a substitution copper film and implementing copper or nickel electroplating using a pyrophosphate copper-containing solution or a pyrophosphate nickel-containing solution as plating bath. In the pretreatment step, the magnesium alloy is dipped in a solution including NaF, Na4P2O7, and CuSO4 at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time. Abstract: PURPOSE: A spool valve for automatic transmission and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a decrease in transmission due to hydraulic loss since a thermal expansion coefficient is large, so a gap to a valve body decreases. CONSTITUTION: A spool valve for automatic transmission comprises next steps. An extrusion member is made using Mg alloy whose main component is Mg, to which Al of 7.5-9.5 wt%, Mn of 0-1.15 wt%, Zn of 0~1.5 wt% and other alloy including Fe, Cu, Ni and the like. The extrusion member is processed to form a spool valve shape of a molding member. On the molding member, solution treatment is made for a given time at a temperature of 375-395°C and then oil quenching is made. Aging treatment is made on the molding member thermally treated for a given time at a temperature of 375-395°C.

Abstract: A molding intensifier of magnesium board material is provided that the molding processing is improved and the warm drawing temperature can be conspicuously lowered. Abstract: A magnesium melting furnace using gaseous film is provided that the magnesium oxidation can be prevented with the minimum cost. A magnesium melting furnace(100) using gaseous film comprises a gas spray device(200) which is installed at the inlet part one side of the magnesium melting furnace, and a suction apparatus(300) which is established in the opposite side of the gas spray apparatus and inhales the gas. The gas spray apparatus includes a case in which a nozzle is formed at one side and a plurality of nozzles providing with the inert gas is formed in the upper side, an impeller which is arranged to both sides in the inside of the case, and a motor which is installed between impeller and rotates impeller.
