본 발명은 5-할로메틸푸르푸랄을 금속 아세테이트염과 알킬암모늄아세테이트염과 반응시켜 5-아세트옥시메틸푸르푸랄를 합성하는 단계를 포함하는 5-아세트옥시메틸푸르푸랄의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 별도의 염기를 사용하지 않고 촉매 분량의 알킬암모늄아세테이트염을 사용함으로써 공정 비용면에서 경제적이고 높은 반응효율을 보이는, 5-아세트옥시메틸푸르푸랄의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A high efficiency method for isolating chemically labeled nucleic acids is provided to enable simultaneous isolation and purification of a plurality of oligonucleic acids, and to be applied to an automatic installation. 5-아세트옥시메틸푸르푸랄의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 5-아세트옥시메틸푸르푸랄의 제조방법은 5-할로메틸푸르푸랄을 알킬암모늄아세테이트염이 도입된 고체상 지지체와 반응시켜 5-아세트옥시메틸푸르푸랄을 합성하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명은 별도의 염기를 사용하지 않고, 합성 후 간편하게 분리정제할 수 있으며, 사용된 고체상 수지를 여과를 통해 쉽게 회수하고 재사용할 수 있는, 5-아세트옥시메틸푸르푸랄의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명은 반응기에서 푸르푸랄계 화합물을 이온성 액체(ionic liquid)를 용매로 사용하고 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 수산화물과 반응시켜 푸르푸라놀계 화합물과 2-푸란카르복시산계 화합물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸르푸라놀계 화합물과 2-푸란카르복시산계 화합물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 반응용매로 물을 사용하지 않으므로 반응폐수가 발생하지 않고, 용매로 사용후 회수와 재사용이 용이한 이온성 액체를 반응용매로 이용하는 친환경적인 푸르푸라놀계 화합물과 2-푸란카르복시산계 화합물의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
