Abstract: PURPOSE: A purification process for highly pure aromatic diamine compounds using a resin is provided to obtain the highly pure aromatic diamine compounds used in the manufacture of a polyimide polymer. CONSTITUTION: A purification process for highly pure aromatic diamine compounds using a resin comprises the steps of: (i) adding isopropyl alcohol solvents and charcoal to low purity aromatic diamine compounds and melting the resultant; (ii) filtering the resultant to an ion-exchange resin filtering layer and a celite filtering layer, removing residual metals and impurities, and leaving the filtered solution at room temperature to form crystals; and (iii) washing the generated crystals with isopropyl alcohol and decompressing the washed crystals.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Polyolefin resin foam including a closed cells and a manufacturing method are provided to manufacture the polyolefin foam using an inorganic foaming agent by reducing a scale of the apparatus through a continuous process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method comprises the following steps. A resin composition including the polyolefin resin and nucleating agent puts into the extruder. A superficial fluid is inserted in the barrel of extruder. The resin composition and supercritical fluid are mixed, melted, and roll mixing milling. A kneaded material is transferred to the die and the temperature range of the kneaded material is controlled in neighborhood of die. The organic coating agent is inserted into the inner die. An extruded material of temperature lower than melting temperature of the polyolefin resin of temperature is coated to the organic coating solution. The extruded product is extruded from die and the foam is manufactured.

Abstract: A method for preparing a foamed thin film, and a foamed thin film prepared by the method are provided to improve mechanical strength and elastic recovery by a crosslinked open cell structure, thereby enhancing the storage, feeling of touch and durability of molded product. A method for preparing a foamed thin film comprises the steps of mixing 10-70 wt% of a polyolefin, 5-89 wt% of a water-soluble filler and 0.01-5 wt% of a crosslinking agent to obtain a mixture; forming a film having a thickness of 10 micrometers to 5 mm by using the mixture; crosslinking the film; cooling the crosslinked film and extracting it in water to remove the water-soluble filler; and drying the obtained film. Preferably the crosslinking agent contains a group capable of being crosslinked by electron rays or UV rays and the crosslinking is carried out by electron rays or UV rays.
