Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 자동 변속기(automatic transmission)의 토크 컨버터(torque-converter)의 구성부품인 아우터 레이스(outer race)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 탄소(C), 몰리브덴(Mo) 및 구리(Cu) 등의 원소가 첨가된 철 분말을 혼합한 뒤 성형, 1차 소결, 재가압, 2차 소결, 정형, 침탄 열처리, 가공 및 스테이터(stator) 압입 후 재가공하는 과정들을 포함하는 아우터 레이스의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 스틸(steel)재를 사용하던 기존의 방법에 비해 제조공정이 단축되어 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 재료의 수율이 좋아 아우터 레이스의 원가를 절감시킬 수 있는 우수한 제조방법이다. 또한 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 아우터 레이스는 기존의 아우터 레이스에 비해 생산원가가 절감될 수 있으며, 가벼워 자동차용 자동변속기의 토크 컨버터 부품으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: A cooling system for a fuel cell vehicle is provided to integrate a condensed water circulating line with a coolant circulating line, so that thermal exchanges of a radiator of the deleted condensed circulating line can be compensated by a cooling pipe, thereby configuring the cooling system in compact size. A hydrogen supply line is configured to pass through a humidifier(11), a fuel cell stack(13), and a hydrogen condenser(15). The humidifier(11) humidifies supplied hydrogen to supply the humidified hydrogen to the stack(13), and condenses non-reactive hydrogen discharged from the stack(13) in the hydrogen condenser(15). An air supply line is configured to pass through the humidifier(11), the fuel cell stack(13), and an air condenser(17). The humidifier(11) humidifies a supplied air to provide the air to the stack(13), condenses a non-reactive air discharged from the stack(13) in the air condenser(17), and discharges the condensed air. Abstract: PURPOSE: A test piece fixing structure for tension tester is provided to allow test piece to be fixed in a convenient manner and simplify fixing structure, while reducing manufacturing cost. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a synchronizer ring for a manual transmission is provided which not only reduces a process such as carburizing heat treatment, thereby reducing costs but also easily manufactures the synchronizer ring by heat treating the tooth profile part only through high frequency waves in the heat treatment process, thereby heat treating the area only that substantially requires abrasion resistance and rigidity. The high frequency heat treatment process(P500) is to leave the mold body in 83 0°C±10°C for 0.1-0.3 second and temper the molding body in 150°C for 90 minutes. Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method for an outer race using sintered material is provided to produce the outer race using iron powder added with power of little alloy elements. CONSTITUTION: To produce an outer race, iron powder is mixed with 0.6% of carbon powder, 1.5% of molybdenum powder and 2% of copper powder and the mixture is molded. The molded mixture is first sintered in 700 to 800deg.C for 60 to 120 minutes. Then, the first sintered mixture is re-pressurized under 650Mpa and secondly sintered in 1050 to 1200deg.C for 60 to 100 minutes. The secondly sintered mixture is regularly set and blistered with heat in 50deg.C for 90 minutes. Finally, a stator is forcibly inserted into the heated mixture.
