Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to acknowledgement signaling sent by a user equipment (UE) in response to downlink control information (DCI) received from a base station that schedules the use of multiple physical uplink control channels (multi-PUSCH) or multiple physical downlink control channels (multi-PDSCH). Acknowledgement signaling may inform the base station that DCI scheduling the multi-PUSCH/multi-PDSCH was received (or not), so that the base station may reclaim those scheduled resources in the case that the UE remains unaware of them. Methods for performing this signaling include, e.g., the use of HARQ-ACK codebooks (whether in a semi-static or dynamic manner), and aperiodic sounding reference signals (A-SRS). Embodiments involving such DCI received across multiple component carriers of different serving cells of the UE are contemplated. Acknowledgment signaling according to multi-PUSCH/multi-PDSCH subgroups, monitoring windows, acknowledgment signaling enablement/disablement, and the use of DCI to trigger acknowledgment signaling are also discussed.

A beam failure recovery response (BFRR) can be generated via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) based on at least four slots after the BFRQ and a time offset for a non-terrestrial network (NTN).

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may monitor a downlink frequency position to detect a synchronization block (SSB) from a cellular base station. When monitoring the downlink frequency position, the UE may be configured to use at least one step size in calculating a SSB frequency position. The UE may determine a subcarrier spacing (SCS) used by the cellular base station in response to monitoring the downlink frequency position, and the subcarrier spacing for one or more SSB transmissions may be determined at least in part based on the step size used in calculating the SSB frequency position. The UE may then utilize the determined subcarrier spacing of the one or more SSB transmissions in communicating with the cellular base station.

The HST configuration may be applied to thereby operate using the HST scheme. In response to being out of range of the plurality of TRPs associated with the HST, a communication received from the network may be decoded. The communication may include a second RRC IE having a non-HST configuration associated with a non-HST scheme. The non-HST configuration may be applied to thereby operate using the non-HST scheme.
