CONSTITUTION:The output from a voltage controlled oscillator 11 is frequency- converted with the output of the 1st variable frequency signal generator 21 in which the frequency is changed in a comparatively large interval. The output reduced for the frequency at the 1st frequency converter 19 is frequency-converted with the output of the 2nd variable frequency signal generator 23 in which the frequency can be changed in smaller interval then that of the 1st generator. The output of the 2nd frequency converter 22 is compared 24 for the phase with the output of the 3rd variable frequency signal generator 25 having a further smaller frequency interval. The output of the phase comparator 24 is added with a DC output from a frequency setter 27 at an adder 26 and the result is applied to the voltage controlled oscillator as a control signal.
