    Abstract: A composite material consists of a layer A of a polyolefin filled with 10 to 60% fillers, preferably wood flour, and a layer D of a polyvinyl chloride, which may be foamed, containing 15 to 40% by weight of plasticiser, which layers are connected together by a mechanical primer coating B and an adhesive layer C. The adhesive is a (meth)acrylic ester emulsion copolymer, preferably consisting of 90 to 50 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylate, 10 to 50 parts by weight of a vinyl ester and/or butadiene, 0 to 40 parts by weight of butadiene, 0 to 40 parts by weight of styrene, 0 to 30 parts by weight of acrylonitrile, 0 to 10 parts by weight of vinylpyrrolidone, 0 to 10 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic acid, 0 to 10 parts by weight of (meth)acrylamide. The composite materials are used as parts for automobile interiors, furniture parts, housings and containers.
