Abstract: 1.- Lecho catalítico que contiene una mezcla física de cuerpos formados catalíticamente activos y catalíticamente inactivos, CARACTERIZADO porque los cuerpos formados catalíticamente inactivos son cilindros huecos o tabletas anulares, que presentan en sus superficies exteriores de rozamiento bordes redondeados, ascendiendo el radio de la curvatura de las superficies frontales a 0,01 hasta 0,5 veces el diámetro exterior, y porque la cuerpos formados catalíticamente activos no son bolas.2.- Lecho catalítico que contiene una mezcla de cuerpos formados catalíticamente activos y catalíticamente inactivos de acuerdo a la reivindicación 1, CARACTERIZADO porque los cuerpos formados catalíticamente activos presentan en las superficies exteriores de rozantes bordes redondeados.3.- Procedimiento para fabricar lechos catalíticos formados por cuerpos formados catalíticamente activos y catalíticamente inactivos, CARACTERIZADOS porque como cuerpos formados catalíticamente inactivos se utilizan cilindros huecos o tabletas anulares, que presentan en sus superficies exteriores de rozamiento bordes redondeados, ascendiendo el radio de la curvatura de las superficies frontales a 0,01 hasta 0,5 veces el diámetro exterior, y porque la cuerpos formados catalíticamente activos no son bolas.4.- Uso de lechos catalíticos de acuerdo a la reivindicación 3, CARACTERIZADO porque es un proceso catalítico heterogéneos en lecho fijo.5.- Uso de lechos catalíticos de acuerdo a la reivindicación 3, CARACTERIZADO porque es un proceso en fase gaseosa exotérmicos.6.- Uso de lechos catalíticos de acuerdo a la reivindicación 3, CARACTERIZADO porque es un proceso de oxicloruración de etileno en dicloruro de etileno, en la oxidación de ácido clorhídrico en cloro (proceso Deacon) en la oxidación de metanol en formaldehído (proceso Formox (MR), en la oxidación de o-xileno o naftaleno en anhídrido ftálico, en la oxidación de eteno en óxido de etileno, en la oxidación de butano, butenos, butadieno o benceno en anhídrido del ácido maleico o ácido acrílico.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process for preparing a catalyst support, in which zirconium dioxide powder is mixed with a binder, if desired a pore former, if desired an acid, water and, if desired, further additives to give a kneadable composition and the composition is homogenized, shaped to produce shaped bodies, dried and calcined, wherein the binder is a monomeric, oligomeric or polymeric organosilicon compound. Suitable binders are monomeric, oligomeric or polymeric silanes, alkoxysilanes, aryloxysilanes, acryloxysilanes, oximinosilanes, halosilanes, aminoxysilanes, aminosilanes, amidosilanes, silazanes or silicones. The invention also provides the catalyst support which has been prepared in this way, a catalyst comprising the support and its use as dehydrogenation catalyst.
