Abstract: The present invention relates to composite bodies that include at least one layer having the following composition: (a) between 1 and 99 wt % of a solid (I) having a primary particle size of 5 nm to 100 .mu.m or a mixture of at least two solids; (b) between 99 and 1 wt % of a polymer binder (II). This polymer binder comprises: between 1 and 100 wt % of a polymer (IIa) or a copolymer (IIa) having reactive groups (RG) located on the chain, at the end s and/or on the sides and capable of cross-linking reactions thermally and/or under the action of UV; and between 0 and 99 % of at least one polymer or copolymer (IIb) free from reactive groups. The at least one layer is applied on at least a second layer comprising at least one traditional separator.

Abstract: The invention relates to a composition containing: (a) 0 to less than 1 % by weight of a pigment (I) with a primary particle size of 5 nm to 100 .mu.m, which is a solid (a) or a compound (Ib) acting as cathodic material in electrochemical cells or a compound (Ic) acting as anodic material in electrochemical cells or a mixture of solids (Ia) with compound (Ib) or compound (Ic); (b) over 99 to 100 % by weight of a polymer material (II) comprising (IIa) 1 to 100 % by weight of a polymer or copolymer (IIa) having a reactive groups (RG) in the chain, end or side thereof, which are capable of cross-linking reactions by the application of heat and/or UV radiation and (IIb) 0 to 99 % by weight of at least one polymer or copolymer (IIb) free fr om reactive groups (RG).

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing shaped bodies, preferably for a film-like shaped body, comprising the following steps: I) compounding and melt extrusion of a mixture (I) comprising a mixture (II) containing a) 1 to 95 wt. % of at least a pigment (III) with a primary particle size ranging from 5 nm to 20mm, selected from the group consisting of one electrochemically inert solid (IIIa), of a compound (IIIb) capable of giving off lithium ions when charged, and a compound (IIIc), capable of receiving lithium ions when charged, and a mixture of solid (IIIa) with compounds (IIIb) or compound (IIIc), b) 5 to 99 wt. % of at least one polymer binding agent (IV), and c) 0 to 200 wt. % of at least one softening agent (V) in relation to the overall amount of constituents a) and b), wherein the weight percentage of mixture (II) in mixture (I) ranges from 1 to 100 wt. %, and excluding mixtures (I) comprising mixtures (II) containing a copolymer consisting of vinylidene fluoride (Vdf) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) with a HFP content ranging from 8 to 25 wt. % as a polymer binding agent (IV) and a compound as a softening agent (V) which is selected from the group consisting of dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, tris(butoxy)ethyl phosphate, propylene carbonate, ethylene carbonate, trimethyl trimellitate and mixtures thereof.

Abstract: The invention relates to a composite body having: Aa) at least one separator layer (Aa) comprising a mixture (Ia) containing a mix (IIa) consisting of a) 1 to 95 percent by weight of a solid (III), preferably a basic solid (III), wi th a primary particle size ranging from 5 nm to 20 .mu.m and b) 5 to 99 percent by weight of a polymeric material (IV) obtained by polymerization of b1) 5 t o 100 percent by weight, in relation to the material (IV), of a condensation product (V) consisting of (.alpha.) at least one compound (VI) capable of reacting with a carboxylic acid or a sulphonic acid or a derivative or a mixture of two or more thereof and (.beta.) at least one mole per mole of th e compound (VI) consisting of a carboxylic acid or sulphonic acid (VII) having at least one radically polymerizable functional group or a derivative thereo f or a mixture of two or more thereof, b2) 0 to 95 percent by weight, in relation to the material (IV), of an additional compound (VIII) having a mea n molecular weight (numerical average) of at least 5000 with polyether segment s in the main or side chain, wherein the percentage by weight of the mix (Iia) contained in the mixture (Ia) ranges between 1 and 100 percent by weight of a conductive electrochemically active compound; B) at least one cathode layer (B) containing an electron conductive, electrochemically active compound capable of releasing lithium ions during charging; C) at least one anode lay er (C) containing an electron conductive, electrochemical compound capable of receiving lithium ions during charging.
