Abstract: Se describe un elemento de corte que tiene un manguito con un primer diámetro interno y un segundo diámetro interno, en donde el segundo diámetro interno es mayor que el primer diámetro interno y se localiza en una posición axial inferior que el primer diámetro interno, un elemento de corte giratorio que tiene un eje de rotación que se extiende a través del mismo, el elemento de corte giratorio está dispuesto por lo menos parcialmente dentro del manguito, en donde el elemento de corte giratorio tiene una cara de corte y un cuerpo que se extiende axialmente hacia abajo desde la cara de corte, por lo menos un orificio que se extiende desde una superficie externa del cuerpo hacia el eje de rotación y un dispositivo de cierre dispuesto en cada orificio, en donde el dispositivo de cierre sobrebresale del orificio para para ponerse en contacto con el segundo diámetro interno del manguito, reteniendo así el elemento de corte giratorio dentro del manguito.
