Abstract: Disclosed is a process for producing an actives-comprising polymeric network by mixing polymerizable oligomers and actives and also, optionally, further monomers and/or auxiliaries, followed by thermal or photochemical polymerization of the mixture, wherein the polymerizable mixture comprises the following components: (A) 19.9 to 99.8 percent by weight of at least one oligomer containing mono(meth)acrylate groups and having an average molar mass of 350 to 5000 grams per molecule, selected from the group of epoxy (meth)acrylates, polyester (meth)acrylates, urethane (meth)acrylates or polyether (meth)acrylates, the arithmetic average of the number of (meth)acrylate groups per oligomer molecule being 2.1 to 5; (B) 0 to 49.8 percent by weight of at least one monomer containing olefinic groups and having a molar mass of less than 350 grams per molecule; (C) 0.1 to 8 percent by weight of at least one polymerization initiator which is soluble in the photopolymerizable mixture; (D) 0.1 to 80 percent by weight of at least one active which is dispersible or soluble in the photopolymerizable mixture; and (E) 0 to 20 percent by weight of further auxiliaries and/or additives. Further disclosed is an actives-comprising polymeric network obtainable by said process, and the use of said actives-comprising polymeric network for protecting industrial materials, films, paints and dispersions, crops, and for controlling plant growth.

Abstract: Agente aglutinante que contiene, al menos, un polímero, que puede ser obtenido mediante la polimerización por emulsión acuosa, iniciada por medio de radicales, de una mezcla de monómeros etilénicamente insaturados, que está constituida por desde un 20 hasta un 60 % en peso de acrilato de 2-etilhexilo (monómero A) desde 0 hasta un 40 % en peso de uno o varios monómeros, cuyo homopolímero presenta una temperatura de transición vítrea 50ºC (monómero C), desde un 0, 1 hasta un 5 % en peso de al menos un monómero que contiene grupos ácido (monómero D), y desde 0 hasta un 5 % en peso de al menos otro monómero con, al menos, un grupo hidroxi, ceto y/o silano en la cadena lateral (monómero E), referido respectivamente a la cantidad total de los monómeros etilénicamente insaturados, empleados para la polimerización, mediante el empleo de uno o varios emulsionantes exentos de alquilfenoléteres, de uno o varios coloides protectores y de uno o varios iniciadores, presentando el polímero una temperatura mínima de formación de película por debajo de 15ºC, así como una proporción menor de un 0, 01 % en peso de compuestos con un punto de ebullición por debajo de 50ºC.
