    Abstract: The present invention concerns a process for the production of composite elements comprising plastic, adhering to which there is a polyisocyanate polyaddition product, where isocyanate is mixed with compounds having groups reactive toward isocyanates, catalysts, if appropriate, blowing agent, and if appropriate, further additives to give a reaction mixture and the reaction mixture is permitted to complete its reaction to give the polyisocyanate polyaddition product, where the compounds having groups reactive toward isocyanates comprise a polyester polyalcohol as adhesion promoter, capable of production via polycondensation of an acid component and of one or more low-molecular-weight diols whose molar mass is less than 500 g/mol, in excess, where the low-molecular-weight diols comprise at least 5 to 66 mol% of 1,3-propanediol, based on the total amount of the diol.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing pore-free polyurethane molded parts having a Shore D hardness in accordance with DIN 53505 of 60 or above, by mixing (a) polyester diol having an OH number of 20 to 100 mg KOH/g and (b) chain extenders consisting of diol having a molecular weight of less than 300 g/mol with (c) isocyanate prepolymers, obtainable by reacting diisocyante with polyesterols having a functionality of 1.95 to 2.2 and an OH number of 20 to 200 mg KOH/g, and optionally (d) catalysts, (e) emulsifier and (f) other additives to a reaction mixture, applying said reaction mixture into a mold and hardening to a polyurethane elastomer. The present invention further relates to polyurethane elastomer molded parts obtainable by such method and the use of said polyurethane molded parts as trim part for utility vehicles, vehicle body components in vehicle construction or as a trim for a machine system.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for repairing the surface layers for roads, paths and other traffic areas, in which a polymeric material is applied in an amount of at least 20 g/m2 to the damaged place, a first polyurethane reaction mixture (can contain additives) is applied in an amount of at least 80 g/m2 to the polymeric material and a mixture containing mineral aggregate and a second polyurethane reaction mixture is applied to the first polyurethane mixture and allowed to cure. The present disclosure further relates to a repair kit for repairing surface layers for roads, paths and other traffic areas.
