    Abstract: Método para la producción de poliisocianatos mediante reacción de aminas primarias con fosgeno en presenciade un solvente, caracterizado porque como solventes se emplean solventes iónicos que exhiben por lo menos uncatión y por lo menos un anión, y el catión del solvente iónico es orgánico, donde el catión del solvente iónico eselegido de entre el grupo que consiste en cationes amonio cuaternario, cationes fosfonio, cationes imidazolio,cationes H-pirazolio, iones piridazinio, iones pirimidinio, iones pirazinio, cationes pirolidinio, cationes guadinio,cationes de cinco a por lo menos seis miembros, que contienen por lo menos un átomo de fósforo o azufre,contienen por lo menos un átomo de fósforo o azufre y el catión 1,8-diazabiciclo[5.4.0]undec-7-enio así como elcatión 1,8-diazabiciclo[4.3.0]non-5-enio así como oligómeros y polímeros que contienen estos cationes.

    Abstract: The stream containing hydrogen chloride (I) and the stream containing oxygen (II) are fed into an oxidation zone. The hydrogen chloride is oxidized to chlorine. A gas and a water-free gas streams are remained through the cooling and drying. The stream reversal contains chlorine-rich, chlorine, oxygen and carbon dioxide, and the liquefaction is carried out by compression and cooling (6). The gas and the water-free gas streams contain chlorine, water, oxygen, carbon dioxide and inert gases. The Gas/liquid stream is separated into a gas stream containing chlorine, oxygen, carbon dioxide and inert gases and into a fluid stream containing chlorine, oxygen and carbon dioxide. The gas stream is fed into a membrane separation unit (9) and separated into the stream reversal and chlorine-poor, chlorine, oxygen and carbon dioxide containing gas by membrane separation. The liquid stream is separated into a chlorine stream and a stream containing oxygen and carbon dioxide by distillation. The chlorine-poor and the gas stream are led into the oxidation zone, and the chlorine poor is removed.
