    Abstract: 2. Animal feed additives based on fermentation broth further contain, in addition to the additive, other fermentation broth constituents. Such products, after spray-drying, generally have an excessively low bulk density and/or are sticky. To granulate these products, processing aids have therefore been added, e.g. perlite or sawdust. Alternatively, such products have been dewatered by azeotropic distillation with paraffin oil to give granules. The object of the invention is a highly concentrated animal feed additive which, in particular, is to have a bulk density of at least 550 kg/m and a standardisable active compound content. 2.2. By pelletising, stable granules can be produced from an animal feed additive-containing fermentation broth if the fermentation product is contained at at least 33% by weight.     Abstract: Fermentative preparation of amino acids for animal feed supplement purposes is a complex process, since the amino acid is present in the fermentation broth at 40 to 90 %, up to 10 % of proteins, 8 % of carboxyl acid with less that 8 C, up to 10 % of sugar, up to 5 % of fats and oils, 3 to 30 % of mineral substances. The method consists of the cultivating at least one microorganism, producing at least one amino acid in fermentative medium, comprising at least one source of carbon and nitrogen, mineral substances and trace elements, at the second step fermentation consists of at least 30 % of fermentation time is concentration of valuable sugar in fermentative medium max. 0.3 % wt. and at the end to obtain fermentative tan-liquor with valuable sugar max. 1g/l, at the third step there are partly reduced microorganisms of the biomass to max. 10 % wt. in dry matter and at the fourth step the additive is dried straight from fermentative tan-liquor.
