Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyurethane foam having excellent moldability with no skin peeling and no lack of air fill-out even at a low density (0.45 g/cm3), and a polyurethane foam suitably usable for sole polyurethane foams. SOLUTION: A polyol solution contains a polyester polyol, an amine compound having an unsaturated bond and two or more amino groups, urea, a catalyst, and a blowing agent polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting (A) the above polyol solution with (B) a polyisocyanate compound. A method for producing the polyurethane foam comprises mixing (A) the above polyol solution with (B) the above polyisocyanate compound and expanding the resulting mixture.

SOLUTION: This polycarbonate diol has a structural unit represented by formula (I) (wherein n is an integer of 2-6) and a structural unit represented by formula (II) (wherein m is an integer of 2-4; x is an integer of 2-15). In the diol, the molar ratio of the structural unit represented by formula (I) to the structural unit represented by formula (II) is (2/8) to (9/1). The diol has hydroxy groups at both ends and has 400-3,000 number-average molecular weight. A polyurethane using the polycarbonate polyol as a raw material is also provided.

The isocyanate prepolymer is produced from a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component containing a polyester polyol. The polyurethane foam is produced by reacting and foaming an isocyanate prepolymer with a polyol component.

SOLUTION: This method for deinking waste paper of raw material comprises charging the waste paper such as collected waste newspaper into a disintegrating machine, disintegrating the waste paper in the presence of sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, hydrogen peroxide and a deinking agent, ageing the obtained pulp slurry, diluting the aged slurry into a prescribed concentration, adjusting the pH of the diluted slurry to 4-9, adding particles having hydrophobic interfaces having a contact angle of >=60 deg., such as calcium carbonate having an average particle diameter of 5-50μm, in an amount of 0.01-5wt.% based on the pulp, and at least one of an amine compound, an amino acid salt, a cationic compound and an amphoteric compound in an amount of 0.005-5wt.% based on the pulp to the pulp slurry, and subsequently subjecting the mixture to a flotation treatment.
