    Abstract: Elevator group controller, elevator group, a method for allocating calls in an elevator group, and application executable in a remote service centre or in the elevator group The invention is aimed to improve control of wear and tear of the elevators in an elevator group (11) comprising a plurality of elevators (1) and at least one group control unit (5). The actual usage (9) of each elevator (1) is recorded, and the group control unit (5) executes at least one allocation algorithm (6) for selecting which elevator (1) of the elevator group (11) is used to serve a call. The allocation algorithm (6) is configured to compare the actual usage of at least two elevators (1) against respective target usages (10) and to select the elevator (1) having its actual usage (9) most deviating from the target usage (10) to serve an outstanding call. With the invention, the wear and tear of elevators (1) may be balanced, or certain elevators (1) may be set to reach the end of the maintenance period sooner.

    Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung zum Schließen von Türen eines Aufzuges, der zumindest einen Aufzugsschacht (1, 1a, 1b), eine Kabine (10, 20), die entlang von Führungsschienen (3, 3a, 3b) in den Schacht (1, 1a, 1b) verfährt und mit einer Kabinentür (9a) ausgerüstet ist, sowie mit Geschosstüren (17a) zu jeder Geschossebene (4, 4a, 4b) aufweist, ferner eine Hebemaschine (14, 24), ein erforderliches Seilsystem und eine Schachtausrüstung, sowie ein Steuersystem (10a) zum Steuern der Aktivitäten des Aufzuges. Gemäß on Verkehrssituationen, die durch das Steuersystem (10a) des Aufzuges gesteuert werden, wird die Tür-Öffnungsdauer der Kabinentüren (9a) und Geschosstüren (17a) reduziert, indem der Schließvorgang der Türen (9a, 17a) beschleunigt wird und gleichzeitig die Fahrgäste über diese Beschleunigung informiert werden.

    Abstract: An elevator system includes at least one shuttle elevator and at least two local elevators, the elevator cars of which are arranged to travel in the same elevator hoistway such that they can serve at least one shared transfer floor of a transfer level. The control system of the elevator system receives destination calls given from a destination call appliance, forms a plurality of route alternatives and allocates a destination call to one or more elevators by selecting the best route alternative. When allocating a destination call, the control system takes into account that the elevator cars of the local elevators that travel in the same elevator hoistway cannot simultaneously be at a shared transfer floor in cases in which the route alternative includes a part-trip with a local elevator and a change of elevator at a shared transfer floor.
