Abstract:
The invention relates to a data-transmitting apparatus, which transmits a first control message to a data-receiving apparatus so as to allocate a first carrier serving as a subcarrier to the data-receiving apparatus, wherein said first control message contains information that the data-receiving apparatus requires for receiving multicast broadcast service (MBS) data. After the successful transmission of the first control message, the data-transmitting apparatus activates the first carrier to transmit MBS data to the data-receiving apparatus without the process of exchanging a second control message for activating a carrier. The data-transmitting apparatus transmits MBS data to the data-receiving apparatus via the first carrier.
Abstract:
During a listening window after a sleep window, a terminal receives a control signal that indicates existence of data corresponding to the terminal, and enters a sleep window if no data corresponding to the terminal exists.
Abstract:
A multi-carriers management device of a communication system supporting multi-carriers requests a terminal attempting to enter a sleep window to change a primary carrier, and transmits a control message to the terminal through the changed primary carrier during the sleep window.
Abstract:
A method in which a terminal that supports a multi-carrier manages a primary carrier, including: receiving a primary carrier change command from a base station; and changing the primary carrier from a serving primary carrier to a target primary carrier.
Abstract:
During a listening window after a sleep window, a terminal receives a control signal that indicates existence of data corresponding to the terminal, and enters a sleep window if no data corresponding to the terminal exists.
