Abstract:
PURPOSE: A broadcasting apparatus of disaster information and a method thereof are provided to broadcast a disaster condition in a specific region. CONSTITUTION: Broadcasting information processing units(121-123) generate and modulate a second ETI(Ensemble Transmission Interface) frame. The second ETI frame includes channel and disaster information as a high speed information channel. The high speed information channel carries out control information about a general broadcasting information. A broadcasting information switching unit(130) selects the first ETI frame and the second ETI frame.

본 발명은, DMB 전송신호 품질 측정 장치 및 그 방법과, 그를 이용한 DMB 방송 수신 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 방송망을 통하여 수신된 DMB 전송신호로부터 에러 보정 전에 직교변조 신호(예를 들면, I/Q 신호)를 생성하여 신호 품질을 측정함으로써, 신호 품질의 정확성을 높이고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은, DMB 전송신호 품질 측정 장치에 있어서, DMB 전송신호를 수신하여 디지털 IF(Intermediate Frequency) 신호로 변환하기 위한 수신 처리 수단; 상기 디지털 IF 신호를 복조하여 직교변조 신호를 생성하기 위한 복조 수단; 및 상기 직교변조 신호를 이용하여 신호품질 측정값을 구하기 위한 신호품질 측정 수단을 포함한다. Abstract:
A repeater having different input and output frequencies converts a signal received with the input frequency to a first intermediate frequency signal based on a local oscillating frequency for intermediate frequency conversion, and converts the first intermediate frequency signal to a second intermediate frequency signal by performing digital processing on the first intermediate frequency signal. Then, the repeater generates a first frequency tone signal that corresponds to a difference between the input and output frequencies, and generates a second frequency tone signal from the local oscillating frequency for intermediate frequency conversion and the first frequency tone signal. The repeater up-converts the second intermediate frequency signal to the output frequency based on the second frequency tone signal, and transmits the signal.
