    Abstract: PURPOSE:To convey a series of conveyed crops accurately one by one at a specified pitch by arranging plural units of single delivery devices, delivering these conveyed crops in an up-and-down motion in a state of mounting them piece by piece on an upper mounting surface, in series along the conveying direction. CONSTITUTION:The first half part of a single takeout part 4b guides a conveyed work A separated into two rows down to symmetrically tilted guide parts 19 toward both symmetrical sides in keeping it in the longitudinal position intact. Both first ejectors 20, 20 at both symmetrical sides is provided with an upper mounting surface, where the center is recessed in accord with crop form, and they rock over an almost crop taking-in attitude and a delivering attitude in sliding the crop downward around a horizontal shaft center X1 at the downside of the conveyed work. In addition, at the conveyance downside, there are provided a symmetrical pair of second ejectors 23, 23 pivotally supported free of rotation around the horizontal shaft center X2 just like the first ejectors 20, at the conveying cross direction central side, and at both the sides, the conveyed work is guided down to these ejectors 23, 23 in keeping it in a longitudinal position intact, while a tilting guide part 24 allowing a temporary staying is installed, through which the crops are surely conveyed one by one.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve finishing quality of wrapping sheet and adhesive tape free from curvature or wrinkles by stopping suction of air from a sucking nozzle just before bonding action to press down a wrapping sheet, while air is not being sucked. CONSTITUTION:While a sucking nozzle 31 is at an upper retracted position, a motor 33 is actuated so that the sucking nozzle 31 makes contact with the upper surface on the forward end of a wrapping sheet 1 to be attracted thereto by sucking force of air. When the sheet 1 is bent and deformed and negative pressure in a suction pipe 36 is detected, the motor 33 is stopped and turned reversely and the nozzle 31, in a sucking state, moves upward. A chain motor 32 is actuated to transfer the sheet 1 to a specified position of a work area B. Next, the nozzle 31 is lowered to bond the sheet 1 to an adhesive tape 5. Just before the bonding of the tape 5, suction of air for the nozzle 31 is stopped and the nozzle 31 on one side, while air is not being sucked, presses against the upper surface of the sheet 1, where the tape is bonded, while suction of air for positioning the tape 5 is stopped.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To smooth and assure simple unit carrying-out by sending vegetables to a narrow-width carrying conveyer from a hopper via a transfer tool to be arranged in a column to be carried toward the oblique upper part, and providing a means returning vegetables dropped from the conveyer to a conveyer starting end, in a carrying-out device for selecting long-size vegetables such as carrots. CONSTITUTION:Long-size vegetables (a) fallen off a hopper 3 are caught with a transfer tool 8 having a triangle plane view to be transferred toward the oblique lower part by the oscillating motion of the transfer tool 8 to be carried on a narrow-width carrying conveyer 13 one by one in order. The conveyer 13 is composed of an endless rotary belt 14 and locking projections 16 to arrange the vegetables (a) one by one in a column direction for carrying them toward the oblique upper part. Also a returning member 18, making an oscillating motion together with the transferring tool 8, is arranged on both the sides of the conveyer 13 to return the vegetables (a) dropped from the conveyer 13 to the conveyer 13 starting end. This constitution permits smooth and sure simple unit carrying-out.

The connection portion 12b of the base end portion 12 is projected from the base end portion 12, and a flange 12c to be connected to the arm portion 13 is disposed on the projected end side of the connection portion 12b. The outer diameter of the flange 12c is larger than the outer diameter of the connection portion 12b. The arm portion 13 is integrally cast from a connection portion 13b to be connected to the base end portion 12 to a connection portion 13d to be connected to the reaping blade-driving case 14.

SOLUTION: This crop harvester has on the front side of a travel direction a grass-dividing device 4 equipped with an endless revolver 22 revolving in a longitudinal direction and having raking tines 23 on the revolver 22 in order to arrange the foliage portions of crops, and a raking device 5 equipped with a pair of right and left endless revolvers revolved in laterally inner directions, respectively, and having raking tines on the revolvers in order to lift the foliage portions of the crops behind the grass-dividing device 4. Therein, the grass- dividing device 4 and the raking device 5 are disposed so that their longitudinally inclined angles are substantially same each other and further so that the heights of the upper ends of both the devices are approximately same each other.
