    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance by determining the ratios of alumina ceramic, carbon and zirconia for specified ratios, respectively, in the composition ratio of powder composite material. SOLUTION: One of sliding members in a compression mechanism is made of cast iron and sintered materials. The other of the sliding members is made of a composite material of powder of alumina ceramic (Al2 O3 ) 78-84 wt.%, powder of carbon (C) 15-20 wt.% and powder of zirconia (ZrO2 ) 1-2 wt.%. The composite material of powder of alumina ceramic (Al2 O3 ), powder of carbon (C) and powder of zirconia (ZrO2 ) is made to have an action improving abrasion resistance by making the composite material have a composition ratio of alumina ceramics (Al2 O3 ) 78-84 wt.% carbon (C) 15-20 wt.% and zirconia (ZrO2 ) 1-2 wt.%.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability and prevent lowering of the volumetric efficiency and increasing sliding loss by connecting a suction pipe inserted into a cylinder with an oil feed pipe opened in lubrication oil and providing a valve made of shape memory alloy having a MS point for limiting an oil feed time, which is a specific temperature, in the connected part. CONSTITUTION:One end part of an oil feed pipe 14 is inserted in a suction pipe 14, and the other end part of the oil feed pipe 14 is opened in lubrication oil, and a valve 20 made of shape memory alloy is provided in the suction pipe 14. Further, one end part of an oil recovery pipe 23 is inserted in an oil tank 22 connected to a discharge pipe 21, and the other end part thereof is inserted in a closed casing 1, and a valve 24 made of shape memory alloy is provided in the oil recovery pipe 23. In this arrangement, the valves 20, 24 are made of shape memory alloy of Cu-Al-Ni group having an MS point set in a range of 60 to 100 deg.C. When the temperature of the valve 20 is closed so as to limit the oil feed time when the temperature in the closed casing is increased to the MS point while the valve 24 is opened so as to return oil isolated in the oil tank 22 into the closed casing 1 when the temperature in the closed casing 1 is decreased to the MS point.
