CONSTITUTION:A vibrationproof device is equipped with a vibration generating device 20, installation leg 21, rubber grommet 22 as damping material, and damping rubber 23, and the installation leg 21 is installed at the edge of the vibration generating device 20, and installed on a base plate through the damping material. The damping material is constituted by combining the rubber grommet 22 and the damping rubber 23 made of silicone rubber of butyl rubber which is nonelastic.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent impurity and worn powder from being sucked into a compression chamber and obviate compression by connecting a suction pipe directly to a cylinder forming a compression mechanical part, and providing the discharge holes of the compression mechanical part at two places, that is, on the motor side and the anti-motor side. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 13 and a rotor 10 are rotated by current application to a motor part 11 in this refrigerant pump, liquid refrigerant flows into the compression chamber 14 of a cylinder 16 from a suction pipe 32 through a suction hole 15, and is force-fed in the compression chamber 14 by the rotation of a roller 17 and discharged through a discharge hole and a discharge pipe 33. In this case, the end part 32a of the suction pipe 32 is directly force-inserted into the suction hole 15 formed in the cylinder 16 by piercing an end shell B8 so as to prevent internal impurity and worn powder from being sucked into the compression chamber 14. Also there are provided two discharge holes, that is, a motor side, discharge hole 34 and an anti-motor side discharge hole 35 so as to prevent excessive compression.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow quantity of a liquid refrigerant from a refrigerant pump from being reduced by forming a suction port and a discharge port communicated to the compression chamber of a cylinder across a vane groove respectively. CONSTITUTION:A suction port 14 and a discharge port 15 communicated to the compression chamber 13 of the cylinder 16 of a sealed rotary refrigerant pump 30 are formed across a vane groove 19. A suction hole 23 communicated to the suction port 14 and a discharge hole 24 communicated to the discharge port 15 are formed on bearings 21 and 22. The discharge liquid refrigerant discharged through the discharge hole 24 flows through a discharge pipe 32 without colliding with the inner wall of an end shell 31 and flows into the discharge pipe through a guide pipe 33 without causing a turbulent state. The passage resistance is not increased, and the outflow quantity of the liquid refrigerant from the refrigerant pump is not reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To shorten the manufacturing time by forming a cylindrical contacting section through shaving on the endface of an end shell to be fitted to a drum shell. CONSTITUTION:An end shell 3 comprises a fitting section 3a, a shaving section 3b, a contacting section 3c and a body 3d. The end shell 3 is lightly pressure inserted to the end of a drum shell 2 and fitted. As a shaving die lifts, said section 3b is shaved to form the contacting section 3c. Consequently, conventional mechanical machining through lathe can be eliminated and the machining time can be shortened with the facility of the fitting work being satisfied.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of a refrigerating cycle by providing a valve, in a compressor body, which is driven by a negative pressure in a low pressure chamber, and opening or shutting the flow passage connecting a condenser to an evaporator by means of this valve, so as to prevent the inflow of cooling medium into the evaporator during the stoppage of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:In a compressor body, a high-pressure valve 76 which is caused to open by a negative pressure in a low-pressure side port 75 communicating with a low-pressure chamber is provided. On the stopper part 100 of this high- pressure valve 76, an inlet port 71 of a piping 70 communicating with a condenser and an outlet port 73 of a piping 72 communicating with an evaporator are open, and it is so constituted that the communication between both ports 71, 73 is interrupted by the high-pressure valve 76 when the pressure in the low-pressure side port 75 rises. When the compressor is stopped, discharge gases flow into the low-pressure side port 75 via the low-pressure chamber, and the high-pressure valve 76 is brought into contact with the stopper part 100 by means of a spring 77 to prevent the inflow of cooling medium inside the condenser into the evaporator.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling of a double cylinder rotary compressor by forming a gas groove communicating between the suction path of a cylinder at one side and the suction path of the cylinder at the other side in the intermediate partition board of the double cylinder rotary compressor. CONSTITUTION:Suction path holes 3a, 9a are formed through the cylinders 3, 9 of a double cylinder rotary compressor and arranged at such positions as shifted by 180 deg.. Arched gas grooves 2b, 2c are formed in the face lapping over the sidewall of the cylinder 9 at one side of an intermediate partition board 2 arranged between said cylinders 3, 9 where the opposite end sections of said gas grooves 2b, 2c are communicated through an axial through-hole with the suction paths 3a, 9a of respective cylinders 3, 9. Consequently, suction gas can be fed to the cylinders 3, 9 by means of a single suction tube 16 resulting in facilitation of assembling.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize low cost and simplification of structure by providing a check valve, which is composed of a seat face, ball and a ball guide hole with a slant, in suction part of a compressor and eliminating requirement for not only a check valve of a refrigerating circuit but also trouble of waxing. CONSTITUTION:A check valve 4, provided inside a compressive mechanism 3, is airtightly connected to a suction pipe 5. Said valve 4 is composed of a seat face 6 and a ball 7 provided on a suction part 5' and also a ball guide hole 8 which is low in the seat face 6 side and has a slant inclined by (theta) to a longitudinal plane. when the compressor starts operation, suction gas pushes off the ball 7 from the seat face 6 and flows through a gas passing hole 9. when the compressor is stopped, a flow of suction gas is stopped and th ball 7, due to gravity acting on it, rolls down along the ball guide hole 8 to come in contact with the seat face 6 and closes valve. This eliminates requirement for not only a check valve of a refrigerating circuit but also a trouble of waxing of the check valve 4, and realizes low cost and simplification of structure.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce dynamic loss of a compressor by forcing the internal face of an oil pump to make close contact with the external face of a crankshaft at the lower end thereof and bending the entire upper edge part of the oil pump in the reversed-L form. CONSTITUTION:The internal face of an oil pump 7 is forced to make close contact with the external face of a crankshaft 6 at the lower end thereof and the entire upper edge part of the oil pump 7 is bent externally in the reversed-L form 7a. When the oil pump 7 is turned, oil stuck to the external wall 7c of the oil pump 7 is forced upward by the centrifugal force, however, the oil is scattered in the directions as shown by the arrows from the bent part 7a of the reversed-L form. Lubricating face is thereby cooled and friction loss be reduced. In addition, oil which is scattered from the part 7a of the reversed-L form will not be stuck to rotors 3a and 3b. A compressor can obtain advantages of a low dynamic loss and a long life.
