Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a door surface sheet having excellent design properties without damaging a handle function and to increase the degree of freedom by a method wherein a dent in which a hand is hooked is formed by using the throttle part of a surface door sheet and a door side frame, an upper end in the direction of the inner surface of a door is positioned flush with the door surface sheet, and a lower end is opened. CONSTITUTION:A throttle shape 10c formed such that an upper end 10a is positioned flush with a surface and a lower end surface 10b is widely increased in size is formed inwardly of a surface to the one side of a door surface sheet 10 made of a steel sheet, and a stepped flange 10d continued to the end part thereof is formed. The other side has a bent part 10e formed to the tip part of a bent part. Since a dent 22 for hooking is formed by using the inner surface of a first member 13 of a door side frame 12 and the throttle shape 10c of the door surface sheet 10, a handle part well matching with the door surface sheet 10 can be formed in cooperation with the side frame 12.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To rotate a spur gear so as not to run on a sliding flat surface and disengage from a rack even though mounting variations of the rack and of a slide groove are produced by making coplanar a rack tooth edge and the sliding flat surface. CONSTITUTION:As a driving device is actuated manually or by an electric motor, a gear shaft 4 and spur gears 5 are rotated to force the spur gear 5 to be engaged with a rack 14c and moved vertically. Hereby, a shelf and a frame 2 are vertically moved, kept horizontally by the spur gears 5 simultaneously vertically rotated on the left and right racks 14c. Thus, a slide member 3 moved vertically in the same sliding groove 14a can smoothly be slid without any slanting and allows operation force applied on a dial to be reduced. Further, since a rack teeth edge and a sliding flat surface are flush with each other, the spur gears 5 can be rotated without running on the sliding flat surface or without being disengaged from the racks 14c even though there are produced mounting variations of the racks 14c and the sliding groove 14a, and the slide member slides on the sliding flat surface during its sliding action.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the drying of vegetables as well as the rottenness of the sane due to dewing (water drops) generated by sealing by a method wherein vessels, independent respectively and drawable freely, are sealed substantially by lid bodies provided with a moisture permeating film while a multitude of penetrating holes are formed on small vessels. CONSTITUTION:A large vessel 24 and small vessels 30 are structured so as to be sealed substantially by a method wherein the lower surface of the seal member of a lid body 37, provided with a moisture permeating film 37 consisting of hydrophilic fibers at the surface of the side of a vessel and a hydrophobic thin resin film at the outside (upper surface) of the vessel, guide rails 38, provided at the inside of a flange and permitting forward and rearward movements of the small vessels 30, and seal members 45, provided below flanges at left-and-right and rear sides and slidable into up-and-down directions, is abutted against the upper surfaces 48 of the outside rim flanges of the large vessel 30, which are put on a supporting frame 25 at the side of a door body 13, at the opening side of the small vessel 30 provided with a multitude of penetrating holes. A passage for ventilating cold air actively through convection is provided between a partitioning plate 6, partitioning an upper storage chamber 9 and a lower storage chamber 10, and the lid body 13.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent leakage of heat insulating material while enhancing the workability of aluminum foil pasting work by providing a rib of same height as a U-groove in a door cover at the rear root thereof on the foamable polyurethane side at the time of pasting an aluminum foil. CONSTITUTION: A rib 22 of same height as a U-groove 20 in a cover 6 is provided at the rear root thereof on the foamable polyurethane heat insulating material 10 side. Since the pressure can be reduced by avoiding one end of the foamable polyurethane heat insulating material 10 to be filled by means of the rib 22, the polyurethane heat insulating material 10 can not intrude easily into the gap at a door frame 8. Since the recess 20 and the rib 22 are arranged on a same line, apparent linear part is increased and fluctuation is suppressed in the pasting of aluminum foil. According to the structure, heat insulating material can be prevented from being leaked at the time of making the door of refrigerator while enhancing the workability of aluminum foil pasting work.
