    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the slide loss and enhance the efficiency and reliability of a compressor by furnishing a vane moving in a vane groove reciprocatively, wherein a plurality of rhombic grooves are provided at the end faces of the vane which are confronting a main and an aux. bearing. CONSTITUTION:When a vane 19 moves toward the center of a cylinder 4. the lubricant within rhombic grooves 20-23 provided at the end face 19a on the main bearing 7 side is led to sealing parts 20a-23a. Meantime the pressure of the lubricant is boosted by the wedge effect. Also at the end face 19b on the aux. bearing 7 side of the vane 19, the pressure of the lubricant is boosted in rhombic grooves 24-27. When true vane 19 moves from the center of the cylinder 4 to the spring 10 side, the pressure of the lubricant is alike boosted by the wedge effect in the period being led to sealing parts 20b-23b, and the pressure also rises at the end face 19b on the aux. bearing 7 side. The gap deltaa between the end face 19a and main bearing 7 and the gap deltab between the other end face 19b and aux. bearing 8 shall be held so that deltaa=deltab.

For example, the hydraulic force is generated at the close parts 20e, 20f in the channel 20. Namely, the hydraulic force is generated at two closed parts in all channels 20 - 27, and generating positions of the hydraulic force are dispersed over the end face 19a. In channels on the opposite end face, the hydraulic force is generated at two closed parts of all channels similarly, and the generating positions of the hydraulic force are formed in symmetry on both the endfaces to take a balance of the hydraulic force.

CONSTITUTION:A roller 22 furnishes groove 22a at the inner circumference. A shaft 23 is composed of a main shaft 23, an auxiliary shaft 23b, and an eccentric shaft member 23c. To the auxiliary shaft 23b near the eccentric shaft member 23c, a balancer 24 eccentric in the reverse direction to the eccentric shaft is fixed. And the balancer 24 is housed in the circular groove 22a. The eccentric weight eccentric to the eccentric shaft member 23c can be reduced, and the center of gravity of the eccentric weight can be approached to the shaft rotating shaft. In such a way, the mechanical vibration can be reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a sliding loss between a shaft and bearings, and a leaking loss between a roller and bearings, by providing members to generate a magnetic force at one side either to the inside of a main bearing and an auxiliary bearing, or to the whole outer periphery of a main shaft and an auxiliary shaft, and providing superconductive members at the other side. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 19a is installed to a main bearing 7, while a magnet 19b is installed to an auxiliary bearing 8. Both magnets are installed in the scope at least 120 deg. to 180 deg., and 300 deg. to 360 deg. in the angle in the circumferential direction in the rotating direction of a shaft 3 from a vane 6. A superconductive member 21a is installed to a main shaft 3a, while a superconductive member 21b is installed to an auxiliary shaft 3b, and both members are opposed to the magnets 19a and 19b respectively. Since a fluid lubricating condition is generated between the shaft 3 and both bearings 7 and 8 in such a way, the sliding loss between the shaft 3 and the bearings 7 and 8 can be reduced. And the leaking loss from between a roller 5 and the bearings 7 and 8 is reduced to improve the compression efficiency.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve reliability and performance with vaporized refrigerant gas in a back pressure chamber evacuated to a low pressure side by providing a communica tion path connecting an upper part of the back pressure chamber to communicate with a suction chamber or a suction passage and a suction pipe or the like. CONSTITUTION:When a pressure in a back pressure chamber 20 is decreased from a high pressure to an intermediate pressure and/or even when refrigerant gas is generat ed in the back pressure chamber 20 by stirring action by reciprocating motion of a vane 6, the gas is removed to a low pressure side by a passage 21 provided in an upper part of the back pressure chamber 20, and the refrigerant gas in the back pres sure chamber 20 is prevented from infiltrating between the vane 6 and a vane groove 19a. Consequently, lubrication is surely performed between the vane 6 and the vane groove 19a, and reliability is improved by eliminating wearing and seizure. While by improving seal performance by lubricating oil 18, because leakage about the vane 6 between the back pressure chamber 20 and compression and suction chambers 11b and 11a is decreased, even when the refrigerant gas is evacuated by using the communi cation path 21, volumetric efficiency and be improved by decreasing altogether a leakage amount to not more than the conventional value.

CONSTITUTION:For supply of oil to a sliding part between a vane 7 and a cylinder 4, because the lubricating oil 18 is always accumulated in an oil reservoir part 20 and supplied through a supply oil passage 21, seal performance is improved between the vane 6 and the cylinder 4 especially in a side of a compression chamber 11b, decreasing a leakage amount between the compression chamber 11b and a back pressure chamber 13. Especially in the latter half of compression, excessive compression is generated, even when a differential pressure is increased between the back pressure chamber 13 and the compression chamber 11b as compared with when a high pressure is generated in the back pressure chamber 13, the seal performance is ensured by continually supplying the lubricating oil 18 to a clearance between the cylinder 4 and the vane 6. While the oil reservoir part 20 is provided with a suitable seal distance between the compression chamber 11b and the back pressure chamber 13, and the improvement can be contrived of reliability eliminating improper lubrication between the vane 6 and the cylinder 4.

With such constitution, if the back pressure chamber 20 communicates to the compression chamber 11b in the compression cycle, the coolant in the back pressure chamber 20 and lubricating oil flow out, and the pressure in the back pressure chamber 20 lowers and the fresh lubricating oil is supplied into the communication division. In particular, by the communication at the bottom dead center position where the capacity of the back pressure chamber 20 and the compression chamber 11b is largest, the pressure lowers from the bottom dead center to the top dead center, and the compression torque can be reduced, and the lubricating oil in the back pressure chamber 20 can be replaced little by little, and reliability can be improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To supply the optimum quantity of lubricating oil by providing superconductive coils disposed in the vicinity of an oil feed pipe of a pressure supply portion, a pair of electrodes corresponding to the coils and a d.c. power supply and adding alkali metallic salt in the lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:In an oil feed mechanism 19 of a compressor, lubricating oil 24 in an oil feed pipe 20 is ionized by positive and negative electrodes 22a, 22b so that an electric current flows from the electrode 22a to the electrode 22b. On the other hand, a strong magnetic flux is generated from a superconductive coil 21a to a superconductive coil 21b. Lorentz's force is generated by the above current and magnetic flux, so that the ionized lubricating oil 24 is moved to a sub-bearing 8 and supplied to the sub-bearing 8. After that, the oil lubricates each lubricating portion and returns to the bottom portion of a closed case 1. As the flow rate of the lubricating oil 24 changes with a change of Lorentz's force, the flow rate can be controlled by controlling the electric current flowing through the superconductive coils 21a, 21b, besides it can be controlled by controlling the voltage of the electrodes 22a, 22b. Accordingly, the optimum oil supply quantity can be attained during operation under any condition of rotational frequency and pressure.
