    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film having high crystalline and high photocatalytic activity by tightly attaching a substrate to a heater element in an aq. soln. containing titanium ammonium fluoride so as to indirectly heat the substrate. SOLUTION: A chemical reaction expressed by the formula proceeds in an aq. soln. containing titanium ammonium fluoride to promote crystallization and growth of crystals of titanium oxide which forms a thin film. Thus, a thin film having high crystalline is obtd. The substrate consists of stainless steel, quartz glass, soda lime glass, zeolite or various kinds of ceramics. The heat source of the heater element may be a heat generating heater which is embedded inside and energized to directly generate heat. Or, heat may be generated by contact with another heat source. The substrate and heater element are dipped in an aq. soln. containing (NH4)2TiF6, and the reaction tank is kept at 15 to 30 deg.C in a thermostatic water tank. The temp. of the heater element is preferably controlled to be higher by about 20 to 50 deg.C than the set temp. of the thermostatic water tank.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control over a degree of vacuum of a freezing system and secure a long, stable operation of the freezing system by a pressure detector and a construction method using the detector whereby a pressure value can be grasped in a simple manner from an atmospheric pressure to a middle pressure of several Torrs to a low vacuum range and it is simply confirmed that an optional control value is attained in the control at the construction of the freezing system. SOLUTION: The apparatus is composed of a partition plate 3 which separates a space where a pressure value can be set optionally and a space where a pressure value is unknown and which can move while changing volumes of the two spaces, and an elastic means 2 fixed to between the partition plate and a wall face of at least one of the two spaces. The elastic means fixed between the partition plate and the wall face is expanded, shrunk by a pressure difference between the two spaces, whereby the unknown pressure value of the space is detected to be equal to the set pressure value by the pressure- detecting apparatus.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the fracture of desiccant alleviating the vibration of the desiccant in a dryer and to prevent the deterioration of refrigerant and oil by flowing the refrigerant after completing the removal of water through the dryer when necessary. SOLUTION: An operating time measuring means 15 starts both the measurement of the accumulated operating time t of a compressor 2 and the checking of the accumulated operating time t. During this time, the refrigerant and the oil flow through a dryer circuit 11 and the water contained in the refrigerating system is removed by a dryer 6. When the accumulated operating time 15 reaches a predetermined time T1, the operating time measuring means 15 transmits signals to a circuit switching time control means 16 and a circuit switching device 10 switches the flow of the refrigerant from the dryer circuit 11 to a by-pass circuit 12. When the accumulated operating time t reaches (T1+T2), the operating time measuring means 15 transmits the signals to the circuit switching time control means 16 and the circuit switching device 10 switches the flow of the refrigerant from the by-pass circuit 12 to the dryer circuit 11.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and the space of a powder arresting part by suppressing clogging of a capillary tube and breakage of a sliding parts of a compressor. SOLUTION: A three-way pipe 8 is installed on a refrigerant pipe between a drier and a capillary tube 4, and the capillary tube 4 is connected to one of the three-way pipe 8, a refrigerant pipe 7 the other end of which is connected to the driver is connected to one of the three-way pipe, and a powder arresting part 9 is connected to the rest of the three-way pipe. The refrigerant pipe 8 connected to the three-way pipe 8 and the capillary tube 4 connected to the three-way pipe 8 are installed so as not to be arranged on the line. The powder arresting part 9 of the reduced cost and the reduced space using the existing pipe parts can be formed by installing the powder arresting part 9 so that the bottom surface of the powder arresting part 9 is in the direction to receive the gravity, and the abrasion powder of the drier and the metal is trapped separately from the refrigerant flow, and clogging of the capillary tube 4 and breakage of the slide material can be suppressed.
