SOLUTION: In this refrigerator, a gas sensor 20 for sensing the change of concentration of gas component generated from produce such as fruits and vegetables is arranged in a vegetable room 7, and a judgment means is installed for judging a freshness condition of the produce in the vegetable room 7 based on electric output of the gas sensor 20. A display means 22, which can be seen from the outside of the refrigerator, is connected with an output side of the judgment means, and the freshness condition of the produce in the vegetable room 7 is identified by the display means 22, so as to always maintain and manage the freshness of the produce.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage by resolving double layer separation as well as preventing leakage coupled with high electrical insulating property of ester oil by providing an enclosed casing in which a HFC refrigerant and ester refrigerator oil are sealed, and a sensor which is installed downward an oiling device and which is arranged for detecting double layer separation. SOLUTION: A shaft 2 rotates with turning force of a motor part 10, moves a piston 5, and compresses refrigerant in a compression chamber 7 formed by an auxiliary bearing 3, a bearing 4, and a cylinder 6. In this time, refrigerant HFC-134a and ester refrigerating machine oil are supplied to a machine unit through an oiling device 8 for lubrication. When a motor is stopped, an insulation resistance is measured between an insulation resistance sensor 16 and a hermetic compressor by the insulation resistance sensor 16. When this measured value is a prescribed value and less, current-carrying to a heater 14 is carried out by a heater current carrying control device 15 to heat oil of the refrigerator. The double layer separation of refrigerator oil and the refrigerant HFC-134a is resolved, and a solution rate of the refrigerant HFC-134a is reduced so as to improve electrical insulation property.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control over a degree of vacuum of a freezing system and secure a long, stable operation of the freezing system by a pressure detector and a construction method using the detector whereby a pressure value can be grasped in a simple manner from an atmospheric pressure to a middle pressure of several Torrs to a low vacuum range and it is simply confirmed that an optional control value is attained in the control at the construction of the freezing system. SOLUTION: The apparatus is composed of a partition plate 3 which separates a space where a pressure value can be set optionally and a space where a pressure value is unknown and which can move while changing volumes of the two spaces, and an elastic means 2 fixed to between the partition plate and a wall face of at least one of the two spaces. The elastic means fixed between the partition plate and the wall face is expanded, shrunk by a pressure difference between the two spaces, whereby the unknown pressure value of the space is detected to be equal to the set pressure value by the pressure- detecting apparatus.

SOLUTION: An operating time measuring means 15 starts both the measurement of the accumulated operating time t of a compressor 2 and the checking of the accumulated operating time t. During this time, the refrigerant and the oil flow through a dryer circuit 11 and the water contained in the refrigerating system is removed by a dryer 6. When the accumulated operating time 15 reaches a predetermined time T1, the operating time measuring means 15 transmits signals to a circuit switching time control means 16 and a circuit switching device 10 switches the flow of the refrigerant from the dryer circuit 11 to a by-pass circuit 12. When the accumulated operating time t reaches (T1+T2), the operating time measuring means 15 transmits the signals to the circuit switching time control means 16 and the circuit switching device 10 switches the flow of the refrigerant from the by-pass circuit 12 to the dryer circuit 11.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and the space of a powder arresting part by suppressing clogging of a capillary tube and breakage of a sliding parts of a compressor. SOLUTION: A three-way pipe 8 is installed on a refrigerant pipe between a drier and a capillary tube 4, and the capillary tube 4 is connected to one of the three-way pipe 8, a refrigerant pipe 7 the other end of which is connected to the driver is connected to one of the three-way pipe, and a powder arresting part 9 is connected to the rest of the three-way pipe. The refrigerant pipe 8 connected to the three-way pipe 8 and the capillary tube 4 connected to the three-way pipe 8 are installed so as not to be arranged on the line. The powder arresting part 9 of the reduced cost and the reduced space using the existing pipe parts can be formed by installing the powder arresting part 9 so that the bottom surface of the powder arresting part 9 is in the direction to receive the gravity, and the abrasion powder of the drier and the metal is trapped separately from the refrigerant flow, and clogging of the capillary tube 4 and breakage of the slide material can be suppressed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor fabricated by placing a compressor part and a drive motor in a hermetic casing and using a refrigerant (e.g. HFC-134a) and made proof against a current leakage due to poor electrical insulation of a refrigerator oil by sealing it with an ester-type refrigerator oil having a volume resistivity of 10 Ωcm or above. SOLUTION: In the hermetic container, the ester-type refrigerator oil having a volume resistivity of 10 Ωcm or above and the HFC-134a layer 12 are in the state of two separated layers. When the compressor is operated, the generated heat causes the layers to gradually dissolve to break the two-separated state. The volume resistivity of the refrigerant HFC-134a is 10 Ωcm and is lower than that of the refrigerator oil. An insulation resistance sensor 16 controls current application by means of a controller 15 for heater current application and controls the temperature when the insulation resistance lowers to a specified value or below by virtue of the fact that the insulation resistance of the refrigerator oil varies with the amount of the refrigerant dissolved in it. By virtue of the high insulation resistance of the ester oil itself, a current leakage or an electrical shock can be effectively prevented.

Wen the charged particles 15 approach to the electric filter 7, the particles are attracted by electrostatic force to the one side of polarized dipoles disposed in zigzag.
