For the first switching circuit 6, a delaying reproducing luminance signal is selected only during the period when a skew correcting pulse is obtained. For the second switching circuit 32, the output is selected in which one horizontal period is delayed only for the prescribed period from the changeover timing of the rotating head.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make performable communication in a close distance between IC card and reader-writer.
    SOLUTION: Signals transmitted from an IC card to a reader-writer are transmitted as binary signals of ON/OFF by LS modulation and detected as a voltage change (vertical axis in the diagram) of carrier waves flowing to the reader-writer. When transmitting the signals from the IC card to the reader- writer, a carrier frequency D needs to be in a practical band (between G and H) of a frequency (horizontal axis). When a null point A and a null point B are generated near the carrier frequency, errors are apt to occur when demodulating LS modulated signals. As a distance between antennas of the IC card and the reader-writer is shortened, there is a tendency that an effective practical band at the time of the LS modulation moves to a higher frequency and the null point A approaches the carrier frequency D. By setting a natural resonance frequency of the antenna of the IC card lower for a prescribed value beforehand, the approach of the null point A to the carrier frequency is cancelled and the communication in a very close range is enabled.

CONSTITUTION:An FM signal YFM is supplied to an adder 21 via a linear downcoming characteristic circuit 12. The output signal of the adder 21 is supplied to a filter 23 via a limiter 22 having a non-linear gain. The filter 23 is a sine filter or a sine square filter utilizing a delay line having delay time of tauD, and a center frequency f=1/2tauD is set near a white clip carrier frequency fw. The output signal of the filter 23 is supplied to the adder 21 via an attenuator 24. When an input level near the frequency fw gets small, the carrier level is compensated by boosting near the frequency fw and thus, the inversion phenomenon can be sufficiently prevented and the deterioration of image quality having a high brightness edge can be prevented. Thus, by making the tilt of the linear downcoming characteristic large, an equivalent modulation index can be further improved and the S/N can sufficiently be improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurance of an oscillating state when an input level is reduced by boosting frequency whose inversion is to be compensated in accordance with the reduction of the input level so as to prevent the generation of a black inversion phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:A brightness FM signal is supplied to a soft limitter 11b through an adder 11a and a non-linear circuit 12 constituting an inversion preventing circuit 11. The circuit 12 has a characteristic for interrupting the passage of a low level signal. An output from the limiter 11b is supplied to a sine wave filter constituted of an adder 11c and a delay line 11d and an output from the filter is positively fed back to the adder 11a through an attenuator 11e. The delay time tauD of the delay line lid is set up so as to satisfy f = 1/2tauD. Thereby the frequency (f) can be boosted while gradually suppressing the gain of the lower side band wave of the input level in accordance with the drop of the input level and the generation of the black inversion phenomenon can be prevented without being influenced by excess compensation. When the input level is reduced, the oscillating state for interrupting the passage of the low level signal does not occur in a feedback loop, preventing the generation of a bad influence to an image or the like due to oscillation.
